Mailman delivered my first Chitauri chariot today. Admittedly not very impressive as the ship is simple and the articulation is awful on the figure but I think the secret to these guys is like in the movie. By themselves not impressive but if there is enough of them i.e. sheer numbers then cool. So figure I'll pick up some more as I find them for a decent price and hang them flying over my city dio and see what happens.

I finally opened up my movie masters Catwoman today and noticed her goggles weren't the same like in the movie where they kinda look like cat ears. is there 2 different versions of this figure??

Bought a good size box of random toys at a yard sale today. There's some vintage figures, a lot I have no idea wtf they are, but plenty of batman, some marvel, lots of vintage gi joes broken and complete, vintage weapons,stands, some of the figures even have hair, 2 mcdonalds batman minipod toys from 91 movie, couple motu figures, etc, lots of the figures are broken, missing pieces, perfect for fodder pieces and customizing, lots to take pics of and upload, all for trade/sale. I'll post pics tomorrow, get ppls help on identifying items, then go from there.

Well just flying over a city or being smashed by Hulk doesn't require articulation! And the Chitauri looked stiff in the movie anyway.
When I get some I will likely paint the ship with a black or dark green wash to make it look like aged gold, same with the figure's armor. Maybe even add a gunners sled. But I will wait until they go on clearance (if stores here ever get past wave 2, if not I will turn to fellow members here) then build an army, 'cause Loki totally needs an army. And I still need a (not stumpy green blob) Hulk! :p
