Pretty successful week for me! Top row renegades courtesy of walmart. Bottom thanks to BBTS (ordered before the damn sale!) And lcs for those beautiful MUs!

Haven't heard of it. Only heard of that place in the Nashua Mall. I go there once in awhile since I am in Nashua every Wednesday for practice. I shop at Double Midnight Comics in Manchester. Known the owners since they opened. They ask $10.99 for a single carded MU. $21.99 for the comic packs.

Jason Abbadon 12-29-2011 03:44 PM

Man, I loathe that Magneto cape.
My plan is to find a Showdown magneto, do the MU comic pack headswap and use an extra cape from Thor.....I really gotta get around to that custom!

Peteparker 12-29-2011 05:26 PM

There's exactly ONE Walmart in my area that carries these, and no longer! I was surprised to see all of them hanging out over there still.

Very nice haul! Would those be considered Legend sizes?

Peteparker 12-29-2011 05:27 PM

They're 6", so I hope so. Not sure though. Any legends experts attest to this?

wolverine2281 12-29-2011 05:30 PM

Yep they are "Legends". LoA Thor, Ult Cap are actually the old ML molds

you rang...lol yes legends

Peteparker 12-29-2011 05:32 PM

Cool. I don't think I'm going to keep them, as nice as they look. I need to regulate myself to finishing the 3.75 inchers before digging into anything else.

Jason Abbadon 12-29-2011 05:33 PM

So these have no BAF?

Ah nice. I have the Cannonball and Domino legend set, but they don't look near as big as those.

Ohhhh! great score!
GO out and get a nice GI Joe head for your SHIELD guy-
Trust me, you'll be happy you did! The SHIELD Soldier's head is way too small and his helmet dis molded on- any Joe head looks far nicer and really makes the figure stand out.
These are Duke and Storm Shadow heads on the standard SHIELD body- a huge imporvment...besides, SHIELD agents rarely wear helmets anyway!

That comic Iron Monger kicks crazy ass- a great score! That's one of the most overlooked but amazing figs out there.

Those scales are all bollixed up!
War Machine should be almost half a head taller than Cap (as he's in armor!) and Titianium Man should be a full head taller than Crimson Dynamo as the suit was 7' tall.

Exodus 12-29-2011 07:15 PM

Quick question. The Ms. Marvel Variant with long hair, on the back of the card does it say Karla Soften?
