If it goes ahead, permission will be granted for Paramount to have helicopters taking off and landing at the old U.S. Steel site on the Southeast Side. There's also a sweetener proposed for the good people of Chicago, with discussions to take place about the possibility of local residents either being hired as extras or allowed to watch the filming of the movie.
