Agree. The Master Mold head as a perk seems more targeted at 3.75 scale collectors to get them to jump in on this 6in scale project.

I am a 6in collector and I wish they would have just added an option to buy a true scale 6in Master Mold head with the legs... Having Master Mold's full body in scale would be tricky bcs he would literally be the size of a human.

Doubt it, these are made to order, and while it could make the full production run take much longer to complete I don't think Hasbro will have a problem with that.

The most hilarious thing about this was people hoping ERRR thinking this was going to fail. Just because something's expensive to you doesn't mean it's expensive to someone else.

Worse case scenario is you're short changed in the interim and if you can't afford it when it comes out you sell it. God forbid a keyboard warrior call you a scalper.

To me, the term scalper can't apply in this case. As far as we know, these are being made to order. Currently an unlimited supply exists as there are an unlimited amount of pre-orders being taken (though this could change, I doubt it). Buy 5 of these and selling them later does nothing to affect anyone else's chance of owning one so there is no scalping being down.

However, asshats that snap up exclusives that are very limited just to re-sell them to people that actually want the figures *Staff Edit - keep it civil please*

If you collect Marvel Legends do yourself a favor and order one before the time period ends. You either own a cool piece of ML merchandise or you make money off it, I don't see how you lose here.

Yes, you should be able to. The order will appear on your account on Hasbro Pulse, where you can view it and make updates to your shipping address.

Edit: I just checked, it requires that you contact Pulse to make the change on any outstanding orders, but it can definitely be done.

With the size, articulation, and sculpt work done on this, plus the assembly and logistics, it’s going to be a pretty penny just to put together and ship. Plus Hasbro needs to make money on this with no retailers cushioning the production. These are similar to Super7’s ultimates, and those cost twice the general retail price. Think about what you typically find at retail that are big items,,, they are super hollow, poorly sculpted playsets with minimal articulation, thin walls, and made to break in months.

While yes, Hasbro could “absorb” the costs, they aren’t a charity, and they shouldn’t have to. These are totally luxury items, and Hasbro is doing great value for the price. The cost/value ratio on sentinel is a hell of a lot better than on Unicron.

So....clearly I need 3 of these at this point. Though I like the idea of using the battle damaged pieces as destroyed Sentinels in a diorama. I wish I knew what was coming from Star Wars in haslab so I can budget better.
