I re-checked my local Wal-Mart yesterday on the off-chance they might have re-stocked the 6" Cap and Thor figures. The same 3 movie Thor figures I had noticed a few days ago were still there but the pegs where the 6" Cap figures were displayed are now being occupied by the throwable Cap shields on clearance.

I saw all of the Cap and Thor figures for the first time last night. My local WM hasn't had them yet. I was at a different one, where the Marvel selection was slightly better.

I was at my local Wal-Mart today and having a few extra minutes I decided to take a quick peek to see if there was more product available. The Cap figures have been re-stocked with pretty much the same availability as when I first saw them. Movie Cap was the most available, followed by Nick Fury and finally Ultimate Cap.

The Thor figures have not been re-stocked in my area. However, if they're re-stocking the Cap figures I'm sure they'll re-stock the Thor figures soon.

My local WM hasn't had them yet. A WM 30 min away from me does. I don't get distribution some times.

I'm wondering if it's local management at each store that decides what to sell and not sell. Perhaps the Wal-Mart nearest you decided to not distribute them whereas the one 30 minutes away from you decided to sell them.

I neglected to mention earlier that there was more Cap product available at my local Wal-Mart this time than their initial offering, enough so that it wasn't hanging on pegs but instead had been arranged standing on a shelf. I would hazard a guess that the Cap figures performed well enough here that the store management felt comfortable with releasing a bigger quantity of the Cap figures for the consumers.

I have a million Walmarts, Targets, etc, in my area and only one Walmart got these so far.

The new Wal-Mart exclusive Thor figures have now been re-stocked in my area but not in the numbers that Cap was re-stocked. Even so, there seemed to be a good amount of Loki and Movie Thor on the pegs but very little of the Lord Of Asgard Thor.

Captain America is still selling pretty well. The replenished stock is about half gone now.

Judging by the amount of re-stocked figures in my area, it seems that Cap is outselling Thor handily here so far. Anyone else know if this is true at other Wal-Mart stores?
