Does it come in the actual box as well with Hulk on it?

quinten182 10-26-2011 11:32 AM

Yes, got my 2 in the mail yesterday.. finally. It comes in box, sealed and all, just as it would have at comic con. Mine came in flawless condition though, thankfully, after reading other posts of the bad condition.

Has this ever happened to anyone else? Will HTS take them back. It's sold out on the site again so I would doubt they even have any replacements. I haven't opened them yet to see what the cards are like. My collection is mostly loose but I only interested in it carded. Arrgh!

The bottom of the card was crushed. Very dissappointed, not sure if i should contact HTS or not to complain. Has anyone ever done this?

HTS doesn't have the best reputation as far as packaging goes. I'm not sure if this was the case for you, but I've received packages from them where my items were just tossed in a giant box with hardly any stuffing, so they just bang all around in the box.. nothing to do with USPS. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my SDCC shipment of a Sentinel and Legends Thor. I thought for sure that those packages would be all screwed up, but they for some reason they packed the shit out of my package. I'm not sure if I lucked out with a thorough warehouse guy, or if Hasbro gets on their staff about the Comic Con Exclusives, which would make sense.

They will take the package back and refund you, but I doubt they'll offer a replacement unless they kept a reserve (which is very possible).

So if I want a refund go to customer service right?

Exodus 10-26-2011 10:20 PM

Sweet I got mine today! Box was in mint condition as well as the card.

It really is a perfect X-Mas gift...red and green!!! Wish I ordered the maximum amount available. Probably the only Hulk I'll ever own =)

joemama13 11-02-2011 05:46 AM

joemama13 11-02-2011 05:46 AM

That and they had free shipping anything over 50. But that was excluding Compound Hulk because he's exclusive.

quinten182 11-02-2011 09:59 AM

They are up again right now. I just added 4 to my cart and almost bought them just to distribute on here.. but honestly have no idea how many people need it still.

omega145 11-02-2011 10:09 AM

Ha, funny how weeks after the convention they still have some available. Goes to show how my initial feels were most likely correct about how they made tens of thousands of these and the value will not hold at all. That is why I was scratching my head when people were clamoring for this below average exclusive.

No kidding. It's a perfect X-Mas gift that's for sure, especially the colors :P I wonder who in Hasbro thought of that as a Marketing ploy.

FancyPants 11-02-2011 12:14 PM
