Well I seen it at Wal-Mart, so it was regular price. 7.96 or whatever? I was going to pick it up to open it, but just passed as I was in a hurry to get back to a christmas.

Whatever "rare" figure doesn't come out in a revision wave. So far that's color Vision, Blade, and Cable WITH Hope (Cable has been in 1-2 revisions already and didn't come with Hope).

Will there be any new revision waves for this year? Or are those usually during the holidays.

They're scattered throughout the year. I think we just saw a larger volume over Christmas because stores stocked up.

Really ok, dang so kind of do have to keep hunting than if you're looking for an older figure that you want.

Exactly! Would be nice to know, but I guess Hasbro just throws them out in the wild. Electro was the same as Iron Spidey wasn't it regarding "surprise variant".

I can hardly wait for the Wolverine First Appearance looking slightly to the left variant. Of course everyone will need to get the black Shield logo one as well as the gold Shield logo one. And the different name on the base looking slightly left variant one (in both black and gold logos).:D

My LCS lucked out... he got all Metal Absorbing mans... our Target got bazillions of that wave but they were all regular Absorbing mans... at my LCS I think the Metal Asorbing mans are the only figs he sold from that wave (along with the one Iceman that I bought from him, lol).

i figured it out! the rare figure will be the light blue pants / black boots thing. we got the revision wave with the white boots but no black booted thing.

Everyone says Blade from 2009 and I agree but there is also the Red Skull from the Invaders box set. I've noticed for some reason if you want this one you might as well get the entire box set because it goes for almost the same price, why I wonder? Also a question for everyone who has been collecting MU for a while, what was the original price for the Invaders Box Set? I ordered mine about a year ago for $75 and am wondering just how much mark-up that was because I didn't start collecting til then.

I lucked out and got mine in an ebay lot with 10 non-Invader figs for 50 bucks, right when I first started collecting (late 2010). Just have to keep your eyes peeled I guess. Also, Chinese sellers sometimes have them in bulk, but without the gun and cane.
