A) Not sure if this answers the question, but we elected to go with our "smaller" male torso (same on we use for Green Lantern, etc) for First Appearance Batman, to reflect the thin build that he had in Detective Comics #27.
If it's the one I'm thinking of, it should work well for him. From what I've been able to tell from the pictures of the prototype they've had on display for him, the mid-torso joint looks like it's either misaligned, or just posed oddly, which makes him look a bit odd. I'm kinda curious to see what color they'll have his base/stand be, and what mini poster they'll include (hopefully the cover of DC#27).

For the next batch, whenever it is:

When can we expect to hear more concrete information about the DCU Infinite Earths subscription club? (More about when we can expect it tp start, and simular information about schedualing, more than about what toys we don't know about.)
