i hear you Bubba...I'm starting to let go of things as I have an unopened collection of DCUC and DCD green lantern and batman things that are just piling up.

I barely have room and my gf had a mini intervention with me where its like wow.... I gotta loosen up with how many duplicates I have and stuff. I feel you brother!

yeah man...I love toys, I love collecting, I've been a fan since as long as I can remember. I'm just trying to be logical at this point, I lost my job months ago, and could use the extra $$$ by selling these. I had to move back in with the folks...not something I'm proud of but hey...its a sign of the times, I have lot of friends in the same boat, I figure this is the last time I will live with them so when I move out again...I don't want to be moving boxes of stuff I don't want or need, especially the opened figures cardbacks and all the paper and cardboard inserts. I've been throwing tons of them away....gonna try selling some, and there are a bunch I still will keep (why...i do not know). LOL my ex broke up with me due to my collecting habbits, but she wasn't anything special so picking my collection over her was a no brainer.

Ha, I was just fuckin with ya. I've bought many figs on an impulse. "Damn that's fuckin sweet!" In the cart it goes. Only to later think, "Shit, had I not purchased this, this, & that". I could have gotten _____ to fill in my collection I actually care about

I just can't stand that bitch is all. Do what's best for you! I just hate the thought of people getting rid of stuff they liked enough at one time or another to spend their loot on.

thats the thing...a lot of the stuff I will be selling I've had for quite some time, I took it out of storage and still feel the same about it...so off to ebay with it. I cared about this stuff for all of an hour tops...like u said...saw it...thought it was cool...in the cart to the register...to the car to the house...to a box and in a closet. haha every once in a while i look through the collection and think ....why the hell did i buy that?!?

kinda on the topic but has anyone seen the trailer for the movie Branded?? it hits theaters tomorrow, I'm going to see it...looks pretty cool

This is my haul over the last week. The only figure is GI Joe Lifeline; everything else is from PAX Prime. I got an awesome Marvel shirt exclusive to the con and some buttons I'll mail out to some Arkers. I also got into the beta for the Marvel Superheroes game!

Ahhhhhhhhhh wtf i can not find them at any of the 4 walmarts in my area. And has far has impulse buys i also have 3-4 bins full of things that were cool. But every time i go to sell the stuff i cant let it go. I would just buy more stuff with the $ most likely anyways.

I totally hear you guys about selling off stuff. I have been selling stuff for the last year just because I came to the realization that I collect more stuff than I need to. I open all toys now, no need to keep in box (Except my MOTU Classics, Only line I don't open), and I have been going threw storage selling stuff and seeing stuff I bought "cause it was cool" at the time, but holds no real meaning to me now. Right now I have 3 major sets I can not decide what to do, Sell or Open or Keep. A complete set in box of Alex Ross JUSTICE figures, a complete set in box of DCD BATMAN:HUSH figures, and a complete set in box of the DCD KINGDOM COME figures. I really wanted these when I got tham, but COOL is beating out the other decisions right now. Collection INtervention makes me want to be a better display type collector. They are right about 1 thing, if you are not displaying you collection, it had better be worth something to be in storage or it is just taking up space :/

I saw the new Shatter Blast Iron Man too. I passed on it due to bad paint apps plus it looked just like the pack-in Iron Man figure for the Quinjet.

I also got my Avengers 3D Blu-Ray steelbook at Best Buy today during lunch. It was the last one in stock.
Quick question - didn't Walmart have a Blu-Ray set for preorder which came with all the Marvel movies? I can't seem to find it now. Also, where is it better to get the Avengers Blu-Ray? Best Buy or Walmart? There are 2 different version at Walmart: 1 with an exclusive graphic novel and the other with 2 disc Blu-Ray. What does Best Buy's version come with?
