I'm hoping to put a tutorial up soon. After trying out and researching so many approaches to rocker ankles (both my own ideas and all the others I've found online), I can pretty confidently say my solution seems to be the simplest and most effective, and works on nearly any figure in every scale that has the old swivel/hinge pin style ankles. Definitely only for people that enjoy customizing and chopping up their figures to make them more fun to play with though. =)

90s Storm has my favourite of her costumes. I'd love to see those Visions when you've finished them. Bishop and Falcon Cap look amazing though.

Wow, no posts in nearly 29 hours. Has everyone died, of have you all got lives to get on with ;)

samsson37 01-09-2015 10:42 AM

Lmao !!!! I was thinking the same thing !!!! I decided to pop over and see whats going on. I've been following some of the customs on sale on ebay.
Also trying to figure out what figures I want made...
Coulson
M'Baku the man-ape
Purpleman
Titiana
2 kree
Also waiting for Sandman to hit stores. Its funny but these new figures coming out just aint giving me the buzz like the old ones...before it felt (must have) now its ehhhh :-/
I'd much rather get these custom guys made.

The former. I'm growing a Rick Grimes-style beard to prepare, LOL.

ultraman zoffy 01-09-2015 11:47 AM

I've been busy trying to make a better 3.75 scale Hulk. Also felt like I was posting too much since my recently renewed interest in the scale kicked in, so I thought I'd chill and see what everyone else puts up. In general though, I think overall the thread has been slow mainly because of how the 2015 stuff turned out. Like Samsson said, not really feeling the buzz.

Captain Nash 01-09-2015 12:00 PM

I'm definitely not feeling the buzz. My feeling right now is "hey Hasbro, you want us to support the line, why not actually release something then." Can't buy what they aren't releasing.

Primacron 01-09-2015 12:16 PM

I'm on a Combiner Wars Transformers kick at the moment, really looking forward to Bishop though, been waiting for him from the beginning.

You think you post too much? Go back through the last few pages and 80% of the posts have been mine. I'm on here every other hour, really I need to go outside perhaps

Why? Real life is overrated and dangerous, I don't know how you feel about your 57 degrees Fahrenheit at mildly windy (I googled it) but where I am it's also freezing outside which is great stay inside with your toys weather. As to your earlier inquiry, I died a long time ago this is just a dream.

Well if you're dead, this must be some terrible purgatory with the rate Hasbro is putting out good figures. See, keeping it on topic ;)

ultraman zoffy 01-09-2015 04:19 PM

Rep from Dorkside just mentioned that there's a 30% wholesale price increase for all retailers on the 3.75 infinite line. I was already on the fence about buying anything new in this scale, but now I'm sure that I'm skipping out on it. Guess it's all 3.75 customs from here on out.

kylactus 01-09-2015 05:08 PM

damn Hasbro! if you want to kill the line just put a bullet in it's head! quit slowly strangling it to death. lets do a quick run down on how to murder a toy line: piss poor distribution, don't put anything on store shelves, making it difficult for new people to get into it, remove card art, figure stands, and accessories. cut back the number of figures you put out every year from 50 or so to I don't know 12! not to mention all together cutting large figures, two packs, box sets, and exclusives.(collectors hate those!) cut articulation, use crap plastic, and hire blind people to paint everything. but make up for everything by jacking up the price and then bitch about low sales so you can justify canceling the line! I sooooo freeking hope Marvel/Disney wake the hell up and pull the licensing from Hasbro and give it to a company that at least pretends to give a shit. The guy in charge of this line should be fired, and go back to being assistant manager at Wendy's, although my guess is he'd suck at that too.

thus endith the rant.

samsson37 01-09-2015 07:02 PM

BRAVO on the RANT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! At least could they release...........(drumroll) MUTHA FREAK'N SKURGE !!!!!!!! I swear if they want me to quit collecting these just release him and I'm done !!!!!! so freaking annoying !!!!!!!
As for Bishop ...he needs to hit the gym his arms annoy the holy hell out of me...again a great figure ruined.
Weather here in upstate NY 20 degrees, feels like 0...so its a great time to stay inside and play with our toys

ultraman zoffy 01-09-2015 07:38 PM

Wow. It really wasn't worth whatever the printing costs of those cards was to put these out, Hasbro. Just saying.

Ninjinister 01-09-2015 07:39 PM

Mother of GOD!

ultraman zoffy 01-09-2015 07:42 PM

Whoa, just saw those prices! Fk that... I'm out. Time to just enjoy all the 3.75's I already have.

skywarrped 01-09-2015 07:48 PM

Yeah, I'll wait awhile and snag them from Amazon when they drop their prices or if they go on sale at retail.
