Not the best sense of scale. But he's roughly 6 - 8 inches tall with a big ass head. There's a loose one at my local toy shop for 23 dollars. I'm not going to find it any cheaper anywhere.

I was thinking about doing that a while back. Not sure if the the scale is right but he looks sick imo. I just didn't wanna turn to ebay.

Here's a few photos of some of my collection (I don't have a lot out on display right now, most is packed up).

I was also considering getting a Watcher figure just to have him stand there in the background...watching.

FancyPants 01-09-2012 12:45 AM

Picked up Electro today for trade. If anybody needs him just let me know.

Glad to hear that! I asked about where they came from and all he'd tell me is that they're 100% authentic.

Sketchy, but glad to hear they're real!

He made one a while back and put it on ebay and gave one away for a contest. He made this one for me personally.

Those are the shock troopers. I've got 2 MOC in my trade list if you wanna work something out.

Now here goes a long fucking shot. Does anyone have the megaman from the old Marvel Vs. Capcom two pack? Or a Sugar Man? Those 2 are almost holy grail status for me.

Scalewise he's PERFECT! Really, really completely impossible to make better in any way for this figure.

Maybe a hundred pages or so back, I ranted on what a perfect figure the Watcher is!
Stick him next to Galactus for that "This is an important fight" moment scene.

Also, you can pose him in hilarious "facepalm" and "hand on hips" poses...and can make a tiny ciggarette blunt that will go perfectly between his fingers, for those stressful cosmic crisis!
I have a tiny mug for mine that he can hold and a tiny hat.
His base kicks ass too- holds hm very securely- even my cat cant knock him over (and she's tried!)!

My favorite non- MU figure.

If you get this guy for under $30, you should do cartwheels- I got mine with my BAF Modok and BAF Sentinel last year- for $60 and a bunch of flyers I made for my LCS.
Deal with that score!

Alllright, now I gotta take pics...

The cost of the Watcher figure is what sent me scampering. It would be great if they would re-release it as this is a popular Marvel Select figure that would sell well again. I've seen it "ok" priced but as others have said, it's not a critical piece.

They were IM2 Movie Target Exclusives. They were about $13 each, and came with a movie IM or WM (usually painted like shit), but were clearanced out for about $2 bucks after a year.

77kustoms 01-09-2012 08:23 AM

The Iron Man stands are awesome. They link together and light up with blue LED's. I have movie armors 1-6 displayed on them with 4 more waiting for the next movies to come out. Hopefully between Avengers and IM 3 he doesn't exceed 10 on screen armors. I plan to build a dio with them and have one on/off switch operate them.

My Target never got below $4.50 on clearance. Snagged 8 of them at that price.

Symbiote 01-09-2012 08:46 AM

I finally got them. Had to get them around Orange County this past weekend. QC on Sinister's face was a bit off so I had to use some white paint. Overall, I'm happy with these two packs.

My slight modifications to Gambit. Replaced the coat with Hush from DC and removed the scarf. I wasn't really digging the scarf look and used Moon Knight's staff. I will doing some molding for the part that will replace the scarf. I like this face mold better than the XMO one. I plan to fix the wrist and ankles later. For now, I'm happy with how he is now.

What Gambit looks like with the scarf. I'd rather do without it since I'm more after the 90s look.

I like both versions of Thanos. I did notice that the new Thanos has a way more sinister grin on his face.

That about sums it up. I have the 9 shown in that pic, plus 4 more tucked away for future movie armors.
