Since like October I think they had a temporary price drop for 6.99, then after Christmas they went to 7.99, and now they're 8.99! Around me hardly any stock moved at 6.99 (so many Ironman pegwarmers around here), so how is anything gonna sell at $2 more! If there was new stock (wave 17 and new comic packs) it wouldn't be as terrible, but my stores hardly even put out wave 15 let alone 16 or now 17

It was in a one-shot, Age of Heroes #1. He never did anything with the team though. Closest stand-in figure is the Captain Britain from the International Patriots 3-pack. It's the right costume but he shouldn't have a mask.

i think one of my next custom projects will be to turn my phoenix into Black widow. i just really like the head and the way it looks.

Well I believe they're releasing a Black Widow with that particular head for that Avengers/Lightup Stand MU line for Toys R Us.
