That Gung-Ho is hilarious- folks really want those 80's colors huh? Personally I dig the hi-tech updates they've been given and hope they keep that up and the 'call-backs' stay exclusive without filling up the regular releases

I agree with that. The Marvel ones they drag it out with people killing time talking about nothing. I much prefer they just get to the point and show us the goodies, that's what we're there for, and my time during a work day is precious!

I agree with that too. Overall I liked the update on all the Joes for the first couple of waves other than the gold color and Roadblock's fork gun. But I guess there's big enough of a community out there that just wants "my 80's 3 3/4" - but bigger". Well, to each their own.

I'll echo Cyclopswc. My attention is usually pretty fractured with these random mid-day reveals, assuming I even have liberty to join in the first place. This was closer to what I am able consume under the circumstances. They kept it brief and on point, which I appreciate.

As for what was revealed today, I'm definitely down for Tomax, Xamot, and Stalker. They all look amazing. Given the relatively generic nature Stalker's fatigues, I might even snag an extra or two for some custom fodder. I'll get the Viper pack only because I missed out on the initial release. I'll probably get the new Gung-Ho, too.

You know, personally I think the movie figures aren't bad at all. If not for the fact that the movie SE came out about the same time as the superior SE with Timber, it would have received better receptions. The movie Storm Shadow's color's all wrong, and the movie Baroness' neck's a bit too long, but other wise, they were solid figures.

I would like to say I would not buy any in-store with as many as I have on pre-order but I probably still would. I just added up all of my pre-orders and I did not realize how many I have ordered. Looks like 11...

I would have bought the BATs just in case there is a price increase later on. I only ever keep seeing Gung Hos though... the thing is the next time I go back the Gung Hos are gone too. I wonder if people are buying up Gung Hos to make custom Reavers.

Surprised it hasn't been mentioned here yet, but it would seem that the vintage Classified Baroness re-release (at the very least) is already starting to pop up in Walmarts in the Pacific Northwest. Of course...it pops up before Hasbro can even give a proper reveal of the packaging.

While I still prefer the Cobra Island version of Baroness over this one, I find it kind of nice that they included the sniper rifle that came with the CI Trooper, allowing those who missed on that release to at least get their hands on the exclusive weapon he came with. Love that they included the classic styled stand as well.

^ I love those stands... nice packaging too. Kinda sad though 3 out of the first 4 don't really need repaints IMO.

Not that BATs are known for being tactical, but their bare mechanical double jointed elbows allow them to draw their pistol close to their body, perfect for CQB, and reaching weapons on their backpack.

He was a Joe when he wore that outfit, so to me it's fitting to have him with the other Joes. It bugs me when I see that version in Cobra displays... LOL
