I'm pretty weird, man. When I open a new toy it's like a romantic date. All things must be perfect. Even my wife busts my balls about it. If she gets a package she'll stop dead in her tracks and rip into it whereas I'll place it to the side until I have the time to sit down without any distractions and gracefully free the new toy. The ritual is part of my addiction.

haha i understand. i try to be patient and slowly open, but i usually rip the packaging. that's why i used to cut up my hands opening those older marvel legends.

Man im the exact same if i've got shit to do i'll put a parcel aside till i can sit down relax and play with my new figure and pose it and stuff i feel if ya wanted it bad enough to buy it it deserves you're full attention when it arrives

Got a Queen Marlena last night. Was going to use her body to make a custom but if she turns out to be in the "Queen Marlena" blister, I just might keep her MOC.

I did not like how Matty ran the lightning sale. I do not see the need to make several separate orders in one day paying shipping in each case.(I know they discounted shipping but I don't care) I'd rather they release everything at once so I could try and get what I wanted in one order. They lost out on my business and several others by handling the sale this way.

Anyone else still waiting for their Temple of Darkness Sorceress to ship from Matty? I heard she's on back order?

Ordered one on 11/21/2012. Order still in Process. I had a feeling she was not going to be on sale and did not want to wait only to have her sell out. I was more upset that they eventually discounted figures they just sold to us last month for full price. That's a kick in the nutz.

I ordered three times during the sale. The first one I made had the Sorceress in it, but hasn't shipped while the other two orders, which I placed 4-5 days later, have all shipped.

Sounds like Mattel is cranking up the stupid again.

He sux and I hate him for many reasons. Other than being absolutely lame, I loath it's creator as well. But as I've stated before. I'm a completest & a MOTU whore. So I had to have one. I don't really care for any of the 30th figs except Draego. So I put them off til close to the end. All I need now are SDCC King Grayskull, SDCC Orko (color change) Wun-Dar,Shadow Weaver, & Star Sisters. Then I will be completely up to date & my bank account will be able to take a deeeeeep breath and relax!
