i hear ya man. i walked into target with the dpci number all prepared to ask/beg an associate to check the back for me (they are street dated for the 10th) and lo-and-behold there they were on the shelf...it took a few seconds to for it to register.

Odds are it's not going to show up anywhere but down under. Hopefully that means a better figure in the works for him, but somehow I doubt it at this point.

Just won this set today. I got motivated to get these after seeing this episode for the first time on my PS3 the other night.

Hoping mine shows up this week. How bad is the Goblin figure? It is the MU/Spidey line mold or is it something else? I never bought a Green Goblin so maybe with some paint adjustments he will work.

I didn't get a chance to look them all over carefully but, all three figures appear to be repaints of figures from the Spider-Man 2010 line. I found that to be a bit weird, because I would think that the new molds from the movie would be more cost effective to use. On the up-side, the Spidey is loads more articulated than the other movie figures, except for Ultra Poseable Spidey. The only other Goblin I have is the MU version, so I don't have much of comparison for this guy, but he doesn't seem that bad. The colors are a bit on the bright side, but the biggest flaw I see is that the black around one of his eyes covers quite a bit more area than the other one, and it gives him a really creepy look...almost demented. If you don't already have a Goblin, he'll make a decent version, for the purposes of just having him.

Just my first impressions, I only had time to open them up, and put Anti-Venom up on a shelf before I left for work.

Yea from what I've heard they've been shelf warming all summer down there? I didn't even know about the set until someone in the MU tread posted some of them for trade, but he wanted a mint for them, so I started looking for one at a more reasonable price.

As much as everybody seems to be wanting them up here, I wouldn't have been surprised if they shelf warmed up here too, most collector oriented sets do.
