Ya the Ulitmate does look real nice, but I'll stick with voyager just so to keep everything the same. I may get it though if it's on clearance.

I must say that the Iron Monger is going to be one of the best BAF since the Sentinel. I really like the use of the metallic plastic that the whole line seems to be using instead of just paint.

Archangel needs to be seen in person. They did the second best Archangel to date. (SDCC X-force is the best IMO) The super dark blue looks great and the Metallic pink lines on the suit are top notch. If this would have come with a Death mask Head to swap, he would have clinched the top spot for me.

Really, really like the look of that classic Iron Man I grew up with. That's become a must have for me now. Thanks for sharing!

Totally a cheap peg with no range of motion. They have ports on the arms and legs (in case you want to have a leg cannon?)... I forgot to mention earlier that the shoulders are ball joints. Good concept, bad execution.

Went ahead and scooped the Mark 42 Armor, now I'm done with these (I needed this and Iron Patriot for my Movie Hall of Armor)...This is the "Ultimate" IM Armor (according to the box), but no elbow or knee joints? Again, good concept, bad execution.

I saw a few of the old Horn Head IM in the wild this week and some have some pretty bad paint apps, so remember to look at the black face paint on the gold mask first. Some were off in that the eye paint was outside the eye mold spot so he looked sad and frowning. For being a re-used figure he come out really well. The gold usage instead of the yellow like in the Maria Hill 2 pack from a few years back works, since he was gold before the Horn Head showed in the comics. I like having Horn Head gold and the regular version yellow just to break it up a little.

I found this at TJ Maxx for $2.00. I was there looking for the second wave of Dollar General style Gi Joes. They were not out yet.

Nice Haul Provost, That General Hawk is the definition of GI Joe Supreme Badassery!!! I was lucky to find one at retail when it first came out!!!

Yeah they are the same figures but in different colors and I only know of them being sold at TJX stores at the moment.

...and with that, I'm on the hunt again. I didn't know there was a second wave either.

I'd forgotten completely that Hasbro had done classic Iron Man once before. I already have that one. (I use the Sharon Carter head tho.)

They aren't bad, but they are not nearly as good as they should be...You can kind of see from my pic above if you expand it...I picked the best one they had because I have been reading the same thing...
