I actually meant that the AOTC figures had better, more realistic sculpting than this, even though they weren't as poseable. But now that I think about it, wasn't this during the time when they still wanted to keep the aesthetic of the original toys from the 80's?

Yep, they still had 80's molds for new (kit-bashed figs like this Baroness) stuff during this timeframe. The AOTC figs were great, but I was let down with so many of them because they were always in an action pose for the most part. If I wanted Jango to be posted up looking like a supreme bad a$$, I had to wait until later on down the line LOL. Same with Clone Troopers from AOTC.

AOTC figures were great for 2002. Lots of parts, magnets, force lightning. How can we go wrong. Ephant Mon, baby Tusken, Endor Trooper!!

ATOC figures had allot of detail and were superior toys. But I am not sure if we all understand that the Baroness is meant to look like a vintage figure also all GI JOE toys were ugly as shit during that time. They look like they were designed for ree yees.

Finally got my Portal Chell figure. She is great. I would love to have more of just the ASHPD (portal gun) she comes with just for other figures. Now I just have to wait until the end of the year to get Atlas and P-Body from NECA.

I also got my order from the Disney Store online today. They got Flash Venom back in stock last week, so I ordered him and Lizard and Unleashed Hulk.

Everyone is so gaga over Flash Venom, the Classic Venom with all the extra parts is MUCH better IMO, but I feel like everyone overlooks the Lizard and Hulk exclusives.

This "Unleashed" Hulk might be the best modern interpretation of hulk in figure form in the last decade. Plus I love the Marc Silvestri style and it works as just a normal great looking Hulk.

Just to show you the scale he is in with 6 inch figures. I used Chell cause she was handy or I would have grabbed a Marvel Legend. For me Hulk should be in scale to ML to be about 9-10 feet tall, and I also think this looks good as a semi movie Ed Norton Hulk.

A chain in the midwest called Hastings. you might check their website gohastings.com , she was also available from BBTS, both were 23.99$ I got tired of waiting to see if TRU was going to get her.

Saw these at TRU today and I remember people saying they were in demand. Not a huge Power Ranger fan but the show was really big when I was little and I think I had just about all the toys. Looking at the ebay prices for stuff like that Green Ranger dagger I kinda wish my parents had kept the stuff. Who know Power Rangers stuff would become worth anything. Anyway, they were on sale so I figure I might at well pick them up. Will probably only keep one though.

As the last pictures say, I have paint chips on my Survive mode's armor. And then of course, as I mentioned many months ago, my regular Ryuki has a paint chip right above his mouth on the grill. I just do not understand why Ryuki is the only one I have this issue with.

I to bought those on clearance cause that was a no brainer. and your pic shows exactly why the new transformers are just not worth the money. shockwave looks like a hobbit compared to the old transformers...:p

It's still a great mold, but I agree it should have been larger. On the other hand, the remold into Air Raid is awesome (and the size fits him better too). In fact, all of the FOC wave 1 remolds are better than the original versions.

Just got the Ame-Comi Brainiac and I have to say I think she is one of the best Ame-Comi they have made. The detail and design I LOVE. I know she has been out a while but I found her on ebay for 35$ shipped. Half off just because her box was beat up a little. One more reason I open 95% of toys I get.
