Nice job Samsson. I'm seeing these awesome Madame Hydra's/Vipers. I cannot wait to get my hands on a Shanna just so I can green her up.

and seriously, if Hasbro is listening. This is a no brainer. She's an easy do now. And while she may have some pretty strong ties to the X-Men she's just as vital in non X-Men related Marvel too. Given the low number of villainesses in this line she needs representation.

Except for Mystique, Enchantress, Karla Sofen/Dark Ms Marvel, Nebula, & Red Phoenix (& to a certain extent Black Widow, Rogue, Scarlet Witch, Elektra, Black Cat, Maria Hill, & Emma Frost) our list of villainesses is incredibly thin.
Add in a Volcana, Titania, Viper, Moonstone, Modern Mystique, Jocasta, & Sin, and we'd have a meatier list of strong evil bitches

Captain Nash 05-06-2015 01:56 PM

You remembered a few I didn't. I was thinking just Mystique, Dark Phoenix and Enchantress. I mean let's face it, Nebula was an exclusive (still counts but harder to find?) and while I do use the Ms. Marvel variant as Moonstone I don't think that's officially a different character. The rest you listed are heroes who have just had bad turns from time to time, except Black Cat who is more of a grey line.

So that's four and a variant?

add to your list of those I'd like to see: Madame Masque, Deathbird, Selene, Lady Deathstrike, Black Swan, Sin, Vertigo, Superia, Typhoid Mary, Crimson Cowl.... at some point we may see a Deathstrike and Madame Masque but I wouldn't count on any of the others, ever.

edit: Also Moonstone, officially. And I could see her happening at some point. Add in Hela too if she is in Thor 3 as the rumor is.

Second that Plinkster, I've actually just said great idea on the Uk thread

samsson37 05-06-2015 02:16 PM

For volcana get the vortimus translucent female build a figure in the red yellow mix..it will cost about $47..or paint a she hulk black and add color highlight

A Typhoid Mary figure might show up around when Daredevil Season 2 is released on Netflix.

Lady Deathstrike has potential for towards the next wolverine movie, and possible X-Features after for toy cross marketing. Sin is possible during any Cap movie run or Avengers movie run.

Kinda surprised they haven't done a madame Masque and Kate Bishop two pack. With how universally praised the Hawkeye run was, you'd think that'd be a no brainer.

I think the 2nd variant Ms Marvel counts as Dark Ms. Marvel for Dark Avengers. They explicitly changed the face mask for the figure. Though yeah, I guess it does count more towards a variant.

I do need a Masque to go with my Hood, and a Deathstrike would be nice

Red she-hulk and Electra are a Villains... right? Marvel has gotten so convoluted lately is anyone really a "villain" anymore? not to mention it's gotten to the point of ridiculousness that it seems every major villain has a female version. I'm looking at you Mrs. Sinister, and Lady Bullseye.

That's it, in NuMarvel I'm looking out for Apocalya and The Grim Reapress. :D

samsson37 05-06-2015 05:29 PM

I agree with ya ..but Lady Bullseye is a beast !!!!
And you have to admit this is one sexy B@$@$ !!!
I wish Hasbro put out a figure this great !!

Damn that's good work.

Villains aren't the only ones. Everyone remembers Alejandra Blaze right?
Alejandra Blaze (Earth-616) - Marvel Comics Database
It'd be nice to get a figure of her and Dan Ketch with the blue flames.

Good point. I am reading rage of ultron and was shocked to see sabretooth as an avenger!?
Any villains and anti heroines are needed, especially domino, Morgan la fay, shriek and I really want wolfsbane, hellcat and tigra (not villains but still needed).

Captain Nash 05-06-2015 06:41 PM

OOoh I new I was forgetting a few. Morgan Le Fay and Spiral for sure.

Sabretooth is an Avenger since in AXIS he was left switched to being good because Iron Man didn't want to go back to being good and Creed was in Stark's anti-magic bubble when everyone else was set back to normal.

I really liked Rage of Ultron. Infinity Revelation was another great graphic novel from the past couple of years.

kylactus 05-06-2015 07:56 PM

Axis was the biggest let down ever, how the hell was "make everyone reverse polarity" an evil genius plan!?! and instead of well written character development to bring Sabertooth in to replace the "killed off" Wolverine, we literally get the old "magic" explanation! isn't there already a couple good Sabertooths floating around the MU? I'd have been much more satisfied with AOA, or Exiles Sabertooth returning than bringing back Evil to the core Creed (who by the way has been killed off more in the last decade than I can even count.) and magically making him good! It's no wonder that for the first time in 70+ years Marvel is going the DC, scrap it all and start over rout, they've wrapped the continuity train round a tree in the last couple decades.

P.S. is Wolverine alive again yet? I need to play catch up.

Zend 05-06-2015 08:10 PM

I sincerely hope that Secret Wars manages to stay good past the first couple of issues. I still have all of Axis in my pull box because I heard its pretty crappy. Never touched Original Sin aside from Silk's first appearance in ASM #4.

No. And pretty much everything died today. I planned to get almost completely off the comic train last month with the last Avengers/New Avengers ending the world, but turns out that actually was saved until Secret Wars 1. And ya know, I have no desire to pick up #2. I just...no longer care. I am however picking up Uncanny X-Men until it's run is over at 600, just because it's a nice round number to stop at and it's so close.

Bringing this around full circle, I'm sure Marvel/Hasbro will push the ANAD Avengers line up but I wonder if they'll also push the Uncanny Avengers line up? Volume 2 I mean, they already released everyone in the Volume 1 set up over the years. that would mean we would need....Brother Voodoo if we don't count characters in any form, although Falcap is different enough from both Captain America and Falcon I am willing to say he needs to be made.

I am willing to almost bet real money we will see some kind of reveal for SheTHor, Falcap and the New Ms. Marvel come SDCC.

snake5289 05-06-2015 08:50 PM

I'm really glad that I only read old stuff anymore. Everything I've read in the past few post sounds just awful.

Spiral! An Xmen one or classic samurai look would be awesome.

Ok so I'm not too upset I missed axis. I liked infinity revelation too.... It's funny to see thanos go from ultimate prick to tolerable nice guy. Infinity had some great moments.

ukmu 05-06-2015 10:36 PM

Nice madame HYDRA my man!!! She looks cool.

Goldengreg 05-07-2015 01:03 AM

I'd like myself a Titania and a Spiral if we're in the "order a villainess" mood.

I'd also love a Madame Hydra and a Selene, the badass immortal witch from New Mutants. With movie scarlet witch hexes, of course :)

I hope so. Ditto to the Carol Danvers Captain Marvel and All-New X-Men X-23.

Right now, those along with Songbird, America Chavez, and Kate Bishop, are all figures I want them to make. X-Force Spiral too.

I like large chunks of new Marvel characters, though I have to admit I'm a bit worn out by event-fatigue too.

As for Sabertooth, the best thing he ever did was die. I kind of hope, if he isn't killed again, that he stays inverted until at least a few issues after Wolverine comes back. Because I really don't want to read a story about him trying to rape X-23, and you know that story will happen if he's not inverted or she doesn't castrate him first. Some Marvel writer at some point will want to write it, and it's not a story I want to see made in my lifetime.

samsson37 05-07-2015 06:55 AM

Yeah I'm kind of curious about secret wars...but I'm scared, minus infinity..marvels events have been horrid !!!

I feel that way too. Infinity brought back that truly epic and classic story feel that I'd felt was missing since....oh gosh, a long time. Not to say I haven't enjoyed a few events but most have been lackluster. Infinity truly read like something out of the JQ era.

Do you know how much I would give for a Black Order set? I would pay crazy amounts. I usually don't give a whit about most "groups" introduced as they all seem disposable, but I liked every one of that group except the strong guy.
