A hand on mine was ripped off as well, looked like it would rotate, but it didn't. Someone made a custom of Gambit from the XMO/MU 2 pack, giving him more articulation. They cut his hands off and stuck pieces of a paper clip into the plastic to give him articulation (1 piece running from the arm into the hand). I did the same thing to the IM2 drone to put it back on.

...As far as the hair dryer or hot water to get it to move on its own, I am not too sure about that. (Don't see why it wouldn't work).

Those wrists are glued in- I guess because there's not enough clearance to swivel them anyway with that flap part sticking down.

No matter- why would it need hands in the first place?
For a huge improvment, cut those floppy antenna like things that are supposed to be machine guns off the back and glue in a pair of cut lengths of ballpoint pen- the ink tubes inside always have about an inch you can chop off wuth no ink it them- they make great gun barrels.

For real awesome, get a GI Joe Sky Dive figure and put the wings from his flight pack on the silver flught drone- looks killer.
