It says "vehicle" but I imagine it's more likely to be something like Sobek (his crocodile).

I searched "Black Adam Sobek" and came across a bunch of pictures of him killing people and animals horribly. :o

I forgot about the anthropomorphic crocodile-man who posed as "Sobek" but I could swear I recall Adam having a normal pet crocodile at some point. It could always be something new they're doing for the movie.

Maybe McFarlane is making the obligatory superhero on a motorcycle toy that most companies make. :D

Seriously though, the DPCI on the tag is actually for the Multiverse Drifter Motorcycle from The Batman. The price on the tag also matches the motorcycle.

Target frequently uses the same DPCI for several products in the same line. The 7-inch Dune figures had the same DPCI, and several of the earlier McFarlane DC figures did as well.

Ford Etzel? Nonsense! Black Adam would obviously drive something electric. Every time he says "Shazam", it charges the vehicle!
