I actually think it might be a chain of homage. The final look in the show is paying homage to the 2015 Marvel comics that would be set after this series (which is also a nice nod of cohesive continuity), and those comics were paying homage to the Sideshow Mythos statue from back around 2012, which in turn was seemingly paying homage to the Kenner toy art.

I got a question for all of you long time Black Series collectors. Does the Obi-Wan Vader reuse a lot of parts? Or is it a new sculpt?

I believe the new Vader is the same sculpt as the Rogue One/A New Hope Darth Vader that came out in 2017. The big difference between the two is that this new Vader has the robes on his chest going under the shoulder armor while the previous RO/ANH Vader has the robes over the shoulder armor.
