Yeah, I got one last week... planning on keeping it in the box and just putting it up above my closet with the rest of my boxed TMNT figures.

Anyone get their Bebop figure yet? I picked mine up yesterday. The paint is very dark compared to others I have seen. I wonder if it is just a mistake, or a variant...

All the ones I've seen are dark. Surprised me too. Guess it's that old "styles and colors may vary" deal.

There's supposed to be variants to each of these two lugs. Rocksteady comes with or without the camo spots on his pants, and Bebop comes with lighter or darker flesh. I have two of each (one to keep on card) and both Rocks are with camo, both Bops are darker.

In other news I'm glad I found Rocksteady and Bebop earlier this month, because the TMNT section in every store I've been to for the last two weeks has been utterly decimated.

Which is good news, since the line is obviously still popular and new toys should be coming along soon enough.

Checked my local Wally today, just for the fun of it. Pretty much empty in the TMNT area, had 4 Cockroach Terminators but that was it for figures...

Usually, I post these in the "Passed Up" thread, but since this one has been kinda dead as of late, and it relates directly to TMNT, I figured I'd show these off here in case anyone missed out on them...

And the new "Mystic Turtles" are finally out. Saw these at Walmart and honstly, I'm not too impressed, although I'm a bit biased since most of my current TMNT collection is mostly of the characters inspired from the orginal cartoon or comics (such as Leatherhead, Mutagen Man, Metalhead, Rat King, new Bebop/Rocksteady etc...) and not so much the actual current animated series.

On another note, it seems starting with this wave going forward, all of the figures will be featuring a newly designed packaging and clam shell. Also, we get a look at some newer figures on the horizon, such as the ninja frogs!

Do you know if it is just the Mystic Turtles that are out now? I kind of prefer the original packaging, but what can you do...

I've only seen the Mystic and Mutations, but no sign of others like Napoleon, Monkey or Beaver.

I'll probably get the Mystics at some point, but I'm really iffy on the Mutations. I like the gimmick and all, but the base figures are so similar to their original releases that I feel like I'd be buying duplicates.

But the new guys are definitely high on my must-buy list.

Did anyone see a review of the Mystic figs on youtube? I was really disappointed in the lack of paint on these...The Monkey Brains fig looks like it will be pretty cool. Not sure how I feel about the Napoleon frog yet, lol
