After reading FF 15 I wonder how happy Kristoff is going to be and who is going to die.

Hopefully the one to die will be artist on that title!
Man, it's...it's unreadable. My roomate- a guy that collects EVERY mainstream ongoing marvel title dropped that book and a few others recently because the art standards have gone down the toilet.

With more people than ever clamoring to draw comics, you'd assume Marvel could find better...
DC has the same problem though- when I met Tony bedard, he told be all about his (then) upcoming New Guradians title and I was psyched (having loved his Exiles for Marvel), but the art there is...beyond reproach.

Currently Darkhorse has the best stable of artists- their Star Wars books are incredible.

Hey guys something just occurred to me the other day. Since comics started, most characters have had multiple costume changes. Then I thought about Doom and I couldnt think of any real changes to his costume other than computers in his armor. Thats pretty damn consistent for a character thats been around for 50 some odd years. You would think he would try to upgrade just like everyone else in the 616.

just shows how smart he is,his armor does not need upgraded,just maintained,though his secret wars armor was different and also the 2099 armor as well.

oh yeah, i forgot about 2099.

Same can be said for Peter Parker Spider-man aside from you know, his black costume stint also kickstarted by Secret Wars, coincidentally.

ok so, I wanted to play around with the idea of Doom having upgraded armor. Looked at my MU collection for suitable substitutes. Here was the outcome. Try to imagine the armor with highly glossy silver paint instead of the maroon. One of the best parts is how well the molding on the cape has a nice fit around the shoulder pads. Ill keep the gold on the armor cause it matches the cape lappeles(not sure if thats the right word...) Opinions?

They intimated that almost off the major Doom defeats over the years have been Dooombots- 'cause Victor was off exploring the timestream in his time-travel capable armor!

yeah if your talking about his first appearence armor it did look like a green monk with a mask on.

Doomtron, You've seen FF 16, right? If you haven't, you need to immediately.

I just caught up with all of the Hickman FF/Fantastic Four stuff, and it is EPIC.

dude im sure I have,but who knows,if it has Doom in it chances are I have seen it,I know for most of that run the art sucked from like issue 7 or so up untill the final issue.

anyone reading Winter Soldier, cause they made Dr Doom into a buffoon in this series. He is not taken seriously in the least.

I hope somebody does something with it. All those Dooms and Infinity Gauntlets can only be awesome.

Doombot, baby! The real deal is off in the crossroads dimension with a bunch of lobotomized Dooms and an inoperable alternate-reality Infinity Gauntlet.

Which makes the WS story cooler- that a Doombot, thinking it was really Doom should both wipe the floor with Bucky and be so derisive of another doombot being used to impersonate Doom!

It's also likely that Von Bardass is herself a "doombot" thinking it's the real thing- after all, she was the leader of Latveria for a while with access to that technology (which she used to cyborg herself out with)...before Quake made her explode from the insides, anyway.

No way this was the original.

thanks man. the fabric under him is/could be used for this tunic. unifortunatly, itd cover up his new chest blaster. OR i paint the chest/waist section green.
