Wow! Those Marvel Professor X figures would make for the perfect "Extensive Enterprises - Suited n' Booted" Xamot and Tomax customs with the right head-swap. Pluck the heads from their 25th comic pack renditions and wah-lah! Anyone done this already? Someone must have!

I've been on quite the binge lately with TFs. :D

It makes me saddened to say that this was the third Generations Blitzwing I've owned. The head/spring 'mechanism' worked just fine on this one and I just bent the turret panel/shoulders with some unrelenting force to get them to tab in decently (no damage!). Lined his loose right leg pin with super glue. Painted the 'guards' on the sides of his G1 face (no more balloon cheeks). And added a little 1/144 pilot to the otherwise useless opening cockpit. Only issue I have left to take care of is that his legs won't snap/tab in properly in tank mode and I have no clue as to how to approach that. Any help or a thread link would be appreciated.

For those of you still looking to pick up Blitz, just make sure you inspect the shoulders (don't buy it if none of them are tabbed in while in-package) and if the head looks cock-eyed, pass on it. I'm sure more will turn up on your hunts.:thumbs
