I just saw on Dorkside that the pre-orders for the X-Men wave go live on June 1st. It also confirms Wolverine as the 8th figure but not the BAF yet. I assume it we'll be getting a look at these figures in the next few days.

2. Pre-Ordering sounds good to me...there is still a thrill in hunting..but that thrill tends to get countered by countless times coming up empty....

I'm not even hunting for the entire Civil War wave and I'm going crazy trying to find it!

I think a lot of people fear the Star Wars type distribution issues were the pegs are full of an older crap wave that nobody is buying which then leads to the retailer not getting in the latest waves. The stores around me are choked full of a few characters from Rhino, Allfather, Onslaught and even some Mandroid and Hob/Green Goblin here and there.

No doubt this will sell like hotcakes. I am pre-ordering a case for the first time also. They can push all the Avengers they want on us but I still say the majority of people love X-men most of all the groups. It's hard enough finding Legends as is and this will be just 1 character per case. I'm also gonna buy extra figs I find in the store but want to guarantee myself some DP, Wolverine, and Cable.

I have points on Amazon saved up just for this wave lol

Think of it this way....they can always give ya a new eyeball or soon maybe a cybernetic eye? Xray vision means lotsa time in front of the ladies locker room right spyne? ;)

Where are you seeing that? I've just scoured their site looking for some mention of that and I'm not seeing it, plus checked their Facebook and looked through my e-mail for a notice.

Huh. Came up empty there as well. Maybe they pulled the listing from public view.

Well that is interesting. I just pulled up my phone where I was looking and it was there with skew numbers and everything as I had looked at it earlier in the day, I hit refresh and gone.

Hot Toys has just announced 1/6 scale figures for the Netflix Punisher and Daredevil!

I don't collect ML's, and I know these are not 6", but I thought this would be pretty good news for you guys. Hasbro promised they would eventually make MCU Netflix figures so I figured that this would be that Hasbro would quickly follow this trail.

I second that. If the X-Men movies were up to the quality of the Marvel Studios efforts, they'd probably sell billions. And the popularity of Wolverine rivals that of the main Marvel characters from way back. Deadpool is also incredibly hot, and the other X-characters are getting there. And this is with non-collectors. Collectors have been obsessed with mutants for decades. Which makes this problem with Marvel and Fox all the worse.

Damn Spyne sorry to hear about the eyes. Glad to hear what little they were able to do is helping you out though!

I will be moving to KC but thankfully it was not in the middle of all that. Heading that way next Wednesday. Thanks for the well wishes all the same. That being said, I know of two other Arkers in that area so I will extend the same safety well wishes to them.


Welcome to the problem in central IL and from his posts I expect the similar problem where donmeca is at. I was in Target the other day and they still have at least 1 Winter Soldier on the peg at full price. Meijer was nearly out of the Red Onslaught wave and then got another full case of that instead of the new wave. I really wonder how much better retailers and Hasbro would do if they made more of an effort with their stocking, ordering and distribution.

cool...I like that Cap too.....I just got that figure last week as well. I took several pics of him in a defensive stance against a few enemies..I'll post em up sooner or later..

Juggernaut isn't a bad idea, but I feel like there's someone…*like Apocalypse who could have been the BAF.

I also kinda hope X-23 is the Wolverine. It would be good to get an updated X-23, and pretty much all of his iconic suits already have Legends. Unless they give us 90s Cartoon Wolverine, I feel like he'd peg warm.
