That is the Deadpool I actually prefer. I liked his early 90's characterization than his current 4th wall breaking character that he is today. I'm in the minority of comic fans who really doesn't like Deadpool or at least the current Deadpool.

My Local Comic Store will let me, but I have to pay when they arrive (which makes sense) and for the entire case. If there are doubles of figures, I have to buy them, that's the rule. It isn't a bad thing, but sometimes I end up having extra characters that I sell off to friends and members of this board.

So it's more a store by store basis depending on how cool they are? Like I couldn't walk into ANY Diamond store and do that?

I would think it's a store by store. Although, keep in mind that the store needs to make money back. Like if I walk into my local comic book store and say "can I just get the new Electro figure from that Spider-Man set?" they might not order the case because they can't guarantee that all of it will sell. Does that makes sense? But if like 4 different people come in asking for different figures, they might order the case and hold figures for people. A friend of mine used to own a comic store and that was how he explained it to me. If I wanted the whole wave, he'd buy it, but if I only wanted one or 2 guys, I'd have to hunt at Toys R Us and stuff.

Ah ok. I know some waves that have 6 or 7 characters, instead of 8 sometimes double up on figures.

Agreed, I went and pre ordered the case from there as well. Free shipping too so why not.
Same, and since it's through paypal easy to dispute if something happens.
Glad I picked up an issue of that back then too, sold it off not too long ago as well to pay some bills :P Now if only my other comics would fetch that much as well :)

Remender's Deadpool made me fall for the character. Perfect blend of crazy and heart.

So glad to see pre-orders for this wave!! MCU Scarlet Witch is my MOST ANTICIPATED Legend's figure!!!

Without Tigra I'm not going to bother with this one, I don't want Scarlet Witch, Captain Britain and the BAF enough to justify it, disappointed.

I totally forgot Wonder Man may be in this wave as well. I'm likely to want him too but I think that's the only other one, and he's unconfirmed IIRC.

Sigh. And the Eel. Okay, likely half the wave again...but SW is, like BP, the main one I want.

Crossbones (is it safe to assume he's a comic book version of the character since he shares the same title with Captain Britain?)


Meh wave overall. I definitely want the Scarlet Witch, Captain Britain and Crossbones. Maybe on The Eel although I'm sure he'll be available for cheap later on. Iron Skull might be nice just to have some version of the Red Skull in my collection, although I'd pretty much get him only for the head sculpt if it's good. Don't care to get another Captain America at all, I already have like 5 different versions of the character.

My desire to get the whole wave is going to depend entirely on what the BAF is. Any ideas?

Just got the email too. Same here, went for the X-wave. I will piecemeal the other two as I don't want enough to justify getting the whole wave.

Honestly though I'm now more excited about the X-wave 2, even if we have a long way to go. Visions of Polaris keep dancing in my head.

Edit to add: I thought it was already confirmed the Abomination is the CA:CW wave 3 BAF? Or is that for something else? or just rumored still?

Premium Collectables has the BAF listed as Giant Man, it's possible its wrong sometimes they don't seem to get very reliable info from Hasbro until weeks after pre-orders go up.

He's a member of the Serpent Society if I'm correct...but it's been a while. I just remember that he has electricity based powers.

Just pre-ordered the X-Men wave from BBTS. While I would have liked to have pre-ordered the Spidey and Cap waves as well, I have a feeling that they'll be easier to get my hands on later as a collective unit once the furor dies down a bit. But that X-men wave? Fool me once Hasbro...and I will not go through the debacle I went through with the previous X-Waves ever again...
