Awesome! Both for the advice and the fact that I have those glasses!

Found Catwoman at Target! Words cannot express my joy!!

I can't wait to see the third wave of DC Multiverse figures at SDCC. I hope this line continues. It's been fun.
|
There's wave info from one site that makes it sound like either more comic Batman figures or Arkham game figures. I want more movie stuff, personally.
|
Yeah, Entertainment Earth has the initial third wave listed but it's lacking the last two figures of the complete wave.
Batman Scarecrow Two-Face Red Hood ??? ??? Could this be the Red Hood figure's design from Arkham Knight? http://cloud.attackofthefanboy.com/w...lusive-dlc.jpg |
Sweet! Have not seen that yet. Gosh, those mystery figures...be something not Arkham Knight as I'm sure DCC has got that covered for me.
|
There is also going to be an Arkham cartoon based on the games. Maybe the figures could be for that too?
|
Based on the first two waves which each had a batman and then a variant batman. Both stayed pretty consistent origins/80's movies.
I expect a second batman and another gane charecter. Personally pushing for Harley. I want to see whats in wave four. Given rhe time frame will they go to arrow and gotham or toss out an unexpected like the adam west batman? Id REALLY like tonsee them stock some damn shelves with Superman, Cat woman and maskless Batman |

Considering that one of the remaining two figures is likely a variation on Batman, I imagine the other figure will be the Arkham Knight himself. Though unless they've got another wave of Arkham figures planned after this, we'll never get all the characters we would want figures of. Then again, there's still DCC, who will hopefully be offering a more complete cast of characters.

I won't double dip with these and Arkham Knight as I already have a crazy collection going of DCC Arkham Asylum and City. If they release that Batmobile at retail I'm all over it, though. I'd be excited to hear about anything from a DC movie, but I really, really want a Batman in Returns suit. |
and they are game figures
I really don't care for the game designs on the latest ones. I guess I may get Black Mask, Clayface, & Joker. Maybe Harley |
Ok..... I need all of the Multiverse figures based on Batman Arkham
I like what Mattel show us today in their display |
DAYUM, Multiverse may have just become my favorite 3.75" toyline based on these reveals. WOW. So many of my must-have characters coming up... Red Hood, Catwoman, AO Batman, AO Joker, Grundy, Killer Croc, Clayface, Hush, Harley, AK Scarecrow...
I mean, the bigger figures like Clayface are NOT worth $24.99 but the basic figures are instant-buys, assuming they make it to retail. (they're almost too good to be true) |
Okay, Mattel has brought their "A" game to Preview Night! Hasbro, dear, keep up...
|
Ah, just looked closer at the signs.
So Grundy comes with AC Batman, Croc comes with AC Nightwing (and possibly Croc's cage as a dio piece?), and Clayface comes with a blue AC Batman. The $24.99 prices at least make sense... but other than Croc, those are terrible pairings. Too many Batmans! And I have to wonder if Catwoman is exclusive to that Date Night 4 pack, 'cause I don't see her displayed separately like the others seem to be. |
Nice reveals. I wonder if TRU will carry those 2 packs at $39.99 a piece....
|
I'm the oddball here in that I'm not too excited for the Arkham reveals. I like what I see, but I already have a way better looking (granted more expensive, too) collection of DCCs offerings from the Arkham universe. I'll do what I've been doing, though, and pick up characters I don't have in that collection like Joker, Clayface, Grundy, and Croc.
Fingers crossed that their panel reveals more movie figs. |
Damn I'm with Poison this is my new favorite line! Mattel just sh..ted on those Injustice figs (which I'm still buying BTW). Havent been this exited about collecting in a minute.
I just bought Infinite Heroes killer croc and added "Spiderman line" "Lizard" legs to give him good height. What a waste of money on two pricey figs. Never thought they would do an Arkham Killer Croc in 4 inches |
I don't like Killer Croc or Grundy (or Bane) to be that HUGE!!!
Clayface is well clay so he can be that big. but I MUST HAVE Catwoman!!! I hope the goggles can be removed or there will be a goggle-less version The X-Ray vision figures look just weird to me. Here is hoping they will also show some movie ones. So far this line should just be called Batman Arkham Multiverse. |
So looking at the normal schedule wave three v1 ships in September. The revision with Harley and Arkham Knight in Oct/nov?
|
I'm good with them sticking with the arkham theme! Very definitive designs coming from arguably the greatest superhero games of all time

4 waves, 9 batman figures. And we see the first reuse of molds. Don't get me wrong I'm buying a bunch of these, and fully understand the reuse of molds. But the Bane and just announced red hood are pretty distinct sculpts to re use as generic thugs. |

I don't think Bane and Red Hood are intended to be generic thugs. I think that's an error from the creator of the thread. |
