But aren't all McFarlane Batmobiles undersized? So making a 7" scaled Batmobile may actually mean that it's in scale with 6".

Cool set

FlyerXL 08-21-2024 09:27 AM

I've needed a Nightwing and some villains, so this is perfect

$59.99 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D4XN5DH1

Come on people. Buy this thing! Please!! The last McToys preorder I got from Amazon came in a gray plastic bag. You know, the same plastic bags that they use to protect the space shuttle. I mean, they didn't even put it in a box.

https://i.pinimg.com/originals/fb/a3...144ac76edf.gif

So while I can no longer support buying McToys from Amazon, you guys can. So get out there! Click! Preorder! Especially for those of us who don't want to have to purchase a rehashed Nightwing and Talon just to get a guy in gray pants with an owl mask. Please please please!

You're a very annoying person.

Yes, they typically are undersized, but I don't think the Batman Beyond Batmobile will match the animation for a Multiverse version. Todd can go a little too crazy on the designs. If it resembles the animation, I will get it. If not, then my wallet stays closed. Easy enough.

Harbinger 08-21-2024 01:30 PM

I actually kinda like the 3 pack. I might get it. I wish theyd do the talon fig where he has the longer hair.

Yeah. I have standards. And principles. And common sense ideas when it comes to a hobby like action figure collecting. If that makes me annoying, I'll happily assume the chair. Maybe I'm just older than most. Going way back to 14.4 dial up modems...early America Online back in the early-mid 1990s, and rec.toys.action.figures, rec.toys.misc, and The Raving Toy Maniac, the torch list of good traders, Michael Crawford's Around the World Report, the invite only 1 to 1 club (I guess it's OK to mention it now), John Gersten's ramblings, Roxanne Galica's musings. And then being super pumped when the modems were upgraded to 28.8. Yeah. Me old. You not. Me get it.

And when I thought it couldn't get any weirder...

I remember raving toy maniac and slow dial up, Back when 21 megabytes was considered huge. It took me like 2 hours to download 21 MB of a game demo. I think the game was Earth 2140. Fun RTS like Command and Conquer but 3D-ish, it was a few years before C&C started utilizing 3D technology. The sequel Earth 2150 was fully 3-Dimensional with cool graphics and you could even import your own custom flags on the buildings. Back before facebook twitter all of that stuff, downloading Galoob Micro Machines Star Trek pictures For my next trip to Toys R Us. And probably KB toys.

Characters that aren't Batman or Superman?
Cyborg has a gun arm!
It doesn't seem like he can lift his gun arm.

Cyclopswc 08-22-2024 05:51 PM

Does Red Hood use an unique bike? Or is that just a red bike?

ThorOdinson123 08-22-2024 06:23 PM

1.Hugo Strange as Batman
2.Dick Grayson Batman
3.Adam West Batman
4.Bullseye Suit Batman

6.Movie Flash Blue Suit Batman
7.Superman Batman Fusion

Todd's Bat Boner is out of control again

I thought the same thing. Usually he has something cool. The one Sean Murphy gave him in the White Knight stuff would have been welcome. This is just a boring old crotch rocket.

In all seriousness, I would be interested in seeing who leads the pack in this line. While I'm 99.9% sure it's Batman - Superman, Flash, Aquaman, and RedHood can't be far behind. Have there been 50 Batman figures yet? I wish someone would do the research and publish a list. Probably looks like this a little...
Character Unique Versions
1. Batman 45
2. Superman 25
3. Flash 18
4. Aquaman 17
5. Red Hood 8
etc. etc. etc.

I love this line overall,, but I do wish there were more females. Like good/popular ones, not Cyclone. Or re-deco Batgirls. Todd spent too much time doing variant covers in the 90s and may be trying to relive the glory days with paint re-decos.
