Looks like Red Skull from the Winter Soldier line with some extra goodies strapped on. Awesome job my friend.

I thought about using the same figure to make the blue flame Dan Ketch.

Makes me feel cheap now for only tossing a jacket on mine and trimming off the neck cuff. :cry

Yep thats a Red Skull body with a belt from Raginspoon, the spikes are cut off a GI joe bullet belt and the chain is cut off from a Dreadnok torch jacket :)

I have some blue flames so I might stick those on his noggin to see what it looks like.

That's the beauty of a custom figure. They can be as simple or elaborate as you like with everything in between.

I've never done anything to fancy myself. Usually just a simple headswap with some paint slapped on.

The jacket alone I think improves him tons. Granted the figure is classic/semi-modern Johnny Blase, but I'm so used to the Ketch leathers and movie design that I like the biker gang motif more than the stuntman suit. I like the stuntman suit on the All-New Ghost Rider though. I think it really works well for the car Ghost Rider. Kinda wish they'd do a figure of that since it's only a new head.

so Ghost rider has a car now?!? are motorcycles too dangerous for the new marvel? that's ok if Nick Cage puts out another GR movie he'll be riding a demonically charged Hoveround scooter.

Well, like they said in the second movie, anything GR rides becomes a flaming hell vehicle.

The new one though is a different kid and different demon. Blaze is still Zarathos. The new one was an extrapolation of the key concepts and broken down to apply onto street racers. Some of the stuff they've done with him was actually pretty bad ass. How the demon essentially is the car and the rider offered some very cool scenes and they explored some interesting story territory to add to the GR legend. It's kind of like they mixed the second GR movie with the movie The Wraith and tossed in an actual good story and character development. Plus the new design is like a merger of Ghost Rider 2099 and classic Blaze.

I thought Blaze and Ketch are 'free'? And Zarathos is 'dead'? What happened to the pair of riders from the future? There was supposed to be a Rider Corps of sort for an apocalypse. Wasn't the current one a woman?

In spirit of vengeance (2nd ghost rider movie) he ghost rides like a wrecking ball crane or excevator... I forget but it's like a big azz construction vehicle... He also pisses fire lol.
Then in circle of 4 the spirit of veangance combined with red hulk and the venom symbiote... Some crazy stuff. Last I read GR was a woman, but it's been a while.

Ghost Rider took a page from Spawn's book and now there's more than one rider at once. Johnny Blaze is still the original and main rider (even though he no longer has the title series which has been given to the new Ghost Driver character which is "meh") but there are others now too besides Ketch. Of course after Secret Wars II they may cut back to just Blaze and Ketch or who knows.

two and a half weeks until SDCC!!!! I can not hardly wait to see our Gamora. If she looks like the Legends one I will be a happy collector. Hope they do another fans choice this year. Also, very interested in seeing some of the figures they selected for the Secret Wars focused waves coming.

Alejandra I think was her name, and she's now one of the GR rogues gallery characters only having a fraction of the hell fire she had when she was Ghost Rider from when her comic run ended. Zarathos went back to Blaze after that. Her comic run explains how Zarathos survived, was captured, and given to her and then also how it went back to Blaze.

Secret Wars is doing a Ghost Rider death race series with almost all of them. Ghost Rider 2099, Robbie Reyes(I think that's the Ghost Driver's name), and the others.

Yup it was a wrecking ball construction vehicle thingy. The peeing fire thing was only a 'thought bubble' like dream sequence though because the kid they were protecting asked Blaze about it.

VenoHulkRider was awesome! I really want to see a follow up where they give the symbiote and Rider to X-23 for a less bulky more agile rider. They also haven't explained if the demon mark from GR transferred with Zarathos or if Alejandra still has hers.

Reyes is sticking around for awhile, but so is Blaze. Reyes may or may not have a title when the new titles start back up, but they'll probably do a setup like a 'Tales of The Ghost Rider' where they can feature all of them across any time period for stories. So we can get the ones in the past, present, and future all having a story told about them for their fans. Kind of like a dash of classic marvel but with NuMarvel. Like how comics in the early days were more like visual short stories across any genre. That's the only way I can see that working at least, and if they do, I'd probably add that title to my pull list. That'd be pretty fun actually. Old west stories, modern day, 2099, and beyond or anything inbetween would be an interesting anthology title.

You mean the GOTG Zoe movie Gamora? Or the comic one? I assume it will be the comic one like all the figures in MU/MI, I can't wait to see what they got either. Hopefully the quality etc. goes back up. They are doing Secret Wars figures? That sounds awesome!

@Snowflakian are you reading Secret Wars? I can't wait for the 4th issue, I'm surprised at how good it is.

I just ordered that Battlefield Cap off of ebay. I think I told you a while back that I had the WW2 cap but I actually had the first appearance cap and decided to keep him so that I can have him punching nazi scum like hitler.

It should be comic Gamora. They've been talking about making her figure to complete the basic GOTG for a while now. Hopefully when GOTG 2 hits theaters though, we'll get some great 3.75'' figures of the MCU team. The focus of the first movie was on the ships, and since those molds are made now, they can re-release them for the second movie with some of the smaller figures packaged in. The second movie, the toys should focus more on the characters, so that should give us the line we want. That pairing seems to work best TBH. Then displays can have ships and figures with the scale not really mattering because the space battle distance aspect means the size difference helps with perspective better on displays.

Haven't read Secret Wars yet, waiting on the trades/when it's complete. I've been kinda burned out on comics for a little bit since the Legacy of Logan issues and the early issues of Wolverines. I need to catch up on Wolverines and then I'll dive into Secret Wars and the new Wolverine title when it starts. Also been meaning to read the new Hawkeye run. The previous one was awesome.

Marvel mentioned Hasbro was one of the merchandise tie-ins to secret wars. Hasbro had hinted at that previously before too. No clue if that means Legends or a future MI wave though. Lots of figures I'd love to see covered though.

Although hes not perfect, I like the MU Infinites Ock the most out of these 3! lol
