Very nice repaint. I like how you painted the slime around his mouth and tongue.

quipp209 02-13-2012 09:10 AM

As he says. It was confirmed last year. The question remains, if the shorts are removable and if both green and orange version will be available.

I believe Foom is the Masterworks (Galactus, Sentinels) figure for this year... I don't think they've announced any GB sets yet.

LapuLapu 02-13-2012 09:51 AM

I heard its Sasquatch and Shaman and Blackheart and Morbius , lol one can wish.

Any of these would be a killer Gigantic batles figure. BUt wall mart has been slacking on the Marvel Universe here in Dallas.

It gives me great pleasure to announce EXCLUSIVELY here on Toyark that the 2012 Walmart repackers chase variant edition Gigantic Battles will be 3.75inch Avatar Norm Spellman figure (with drawn on spectacles and moustache, and armed with a handful of RoC launchers and no projectiles) and 12inch RoC Snake Eyes figure(accessorised with a Barbie tutu, tiara and pointy stick to battle the forces of evil) RRP will be $30.24cents(or less if you can haggle down the store manager)

Saquatch could be done! as we're getting puck, already have Guardian, they could add the Snowbirds and another repainted wolverine to give us a complete Alpha Flight team, which would be awesome! Modok is 1 a lot of people want, not I , as I splurged and got the ML baf version. FFF will make an awesome Masterworks figure, but I still prefer the ML BAF over the new masterworks 1 , as I'm not sold on the orange paint, 3 heads or the oversized boxershorts.

Snowflakian 02-13-2012 10:50 AM

I thought sasquatch was a figure we're getting.

The others no clue.

MGTAJ 02-13-2012 10:59 AM

Loving the look of the figures we're getting next! Definitely skipping the Astonishing Beast though, I prefer the 90's look compared to his feline look. I thought Red Hulk would have a different head though rather than just being a repaint.

Kraven, Hulk, She-Hulk, Punisher, BetaRayBill, FF Spiderman - My British wallet is hurting at the thought of those purchases, but they seem sooo worth it at the moment.

Speaking of Hulk, is it just me or are there noticable differences between the new Hulk standing solo and the one that is next to that terrible looking Wolverine?

Jason Abbadon 02-13-2012 11:02 AM

The only figs tha fall into that size category are guys like Goliath (the Masters of Evil version), Titan of the Shiar Imperial guard, Surtur (though I doubt this), Living Monolith or...

my favorite pick....

TERMINUS.

Satchsquatch is waaaay too small for such a pack..though I could totally see Hank Pym in his Avengers Academy outfot...maybe with Tigra!

The hulk from the comic 2pack seems darker then the single card release, so it may be worth getting both, however the redhulk looks like crap for headsculpt, it doesn't suit the rage that should be on his face. Punisher looks amazing, I may switch the head for the 2pack head, but we'll see, the spidey figures I want, kang, jubilee, rogue, beast looks sick although it's not the 1 I want, jim lee style 90's version is the 1 meant for me, but time will tell if it'll happen.

Yeah, the lack of rage is my point of disliking with regards to Red Hulk. I haven't seen Rogue pictures, so if there are any available, I'll have to seek them out, but I'll end up getting her no doubt. I grew up on 90's Jim lee, it's those images I associate with the X-men, probably why I don't like that Beast figure.

Oh, I forgot Kang, there's more cash being put away haha

I'll wait until SDCC or whenever when we get more images on the later waves, although Angel looks sick!

SH0CKWAVE 02-13-2012 11:16 AM

Here you go, you MOC people you.

WAY too expensive. Even if you just got it for the Kings, you couldn't get rid of the rest of it for even $1 below retail! Good luck to that guy...

It's actually just the opposite. Both of the Hulks are the exact same molding, but the single card release has a dark wash and highlights. The 2-pack has no dark wash, so the colors are brighter and pop more. Looks much more like the comic version at the time.

I was trying to see if there was a difference between the single 1st app Wolverine and the 2-pack. Anyone compare those?

And Angel is suppose to have a variant! so it could be just red suit/blue suit like they did with ML, or it could be archangel variation. I heard beast is going to have 1-2 variants as well, so could be we get the 90's beast which I would buy in a heartbeat. I can't find the rogue images, I forgot if it was NYCC or SDCC they showed pics of her along with professor x. she looked awesome,

SH0CKWAVE 02-13-2012 11:45 AM

i read somewhere that Angel was coming out in red AND blue. which is released first, i dunno. i would not bet on another Archangel. that horse has been flogged threefold.

SH0CKWAVE 02-13-2012 12:06 PM

anyone have these laying around the house???

Marvel Universe:
Enchantress

Thor:
8" Destroyer

Captain America:
Heroic Age Captain America
Red Guardian

everything else is just hearsay and paranoia.

You should go check out the TFW side than...Hasbro just cancelled on 2 DOTM figures which caused a major uproar...they were supposed to be released in March.

I would love an Atlas giant figure (essentially evil Goliath, but the big A on his chest is a nice touch). The Watcher might make a nice figure as well.
