Are you sure? I just took a look at my own and it honestly didn't look all that different. It looks like the blue version to me. His looks like the neck and pecs are a little darker than my own, but I'm thinking it's actually correct, and that the lighting and angle of the photo is simply playing tricks on me.

Maybe...I have the variant (black), but I'm too lazy to pull it out right now. Hopefully, for Dark's sake, I'm wrong.

Dark is fine. The Variant Apocalypse upper torso includes black shoulders & the Variant lower torso include black hips. His all look to be the regular blue version.

I kind of think the black version seems more menacing, but I'll stick with the blue version since that is the only one I happen to have.

What if it's just one figure, similar to SDCC's 2011 Heroic Age Thor? Would anyone be disappointed?

Obviously it would depend on what figure it would be for me. If it was someone I was so-so on and pricey I'd pass, same if it was someone I was not interested in. If the prices were similar to a set price I would consider it still in the case of a handful of characters.

Does anyone remember how much that Thor went for afterwards - not third party prices but from Hasbro (or at the booth itself)

I bought that Thor for $59 (plus a ship fee) from a SDCC vendor, only to have it re-released a few months down the road with tRoML. Even with that stinging reality, depending on who it was (SURFER, SURFER, SURFER, BLUE MARVEL), I'd repeat the experience.

IF ANYONE WANTS/NEEDS THESE... I'm selling or trading for them. Would love to trade for some goodies i don't have..but $$ works too. Normal Legends price.

I might buy that Otho...I've nabbed Azhar (as you know) and Zazhar already and Otho is on a short list of others I'll be grabbing...if/when I get him, I'll hit you up with the haps...

Thanks, yeah anyone in my top 40ish figures I'd want I could see me paying that much if it was an exclusive and the only way to get them.

The rumor around the MCU sphere is the Brie Larson is the frontrunner to play Carol Danvers. How do y'all feel about that? I think it's a pretty decent choice, though not my first choice.
