I was scavenging and I found what I think is one of the coolest effect for an action figure, the Marvel Select Gambit exploding Cards.

I am amazed at how great the complement the XMO Gambit.

Can´t wait to get the New MU Gambit in order to operate him and switch his legs for those of the XMO Maverick in order to give him ankles articulations.

Some Pics.

You know since I've been hunting the TF RID's, and other folks can attest to hunting the new ML's at Target, they honestly could just be in the back waiting to be put out because of some "street date" situation...Just IMO. And since the MU's have the same DCPI as the older stuff well we can't be asking them to be grabbing them out or could we hoping it is the new wave when they crack open that box:P

I've had some success with Target employees looking through the backstock for me. Not nearly 100% though. All depends on who you ask and how much they like you. (Shave your molester stash, lol).

No variants reported yet, all straight versions. I'd be surprised if variants showed up in this revision pack, since they were the first ones that were produced of these, rather than the most recent...

Oh man, do want.

Just spotted this yesterday. Hard to believe that someone actually took this as a return. Obvious rocks in the box. I mean, it's not even close. But consider the lack of communication ability by the local Wal-Mart employees I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

I didn't, and mine's encased in more plastic to protect it :P Congrats on getting it!!! I got mine pretty fast too, probably because not many people were trying to get them.

hey why and the hell they put that Sea drone in that package?? That hammer drone is rare..lol

behindthemask 02-16-2012 09:48 PM

yeh my thought exactly, I can see the shity power ranger, but why the drone? he's actually worth more then the deadpool figure.

SoundWave88 02-16-2012 10:08 PM

Damn I didn't even notice that Navy drone. Been regretting passing that up. Was a bit pricey on eBay last I checked.

Also, very nice dio, Lord Marvel!!!

Thanks, I'll be repainting his helmet a metallic red anyway!

Cant wait...but is he a villian or a hero in my collection?

I'll go with "reformed villian"- the villians side is already pretty unstoppable with Thanos, Dark Phoinex, Doom, Mandarin, Strucker, Viper, Sinister, Enchantress, Modok, Ultron, Osborn, and (soon) Zemo, plus all the goons.

Sweet! I figured "everyone needs more skrulls, right?"
Sinister = GOth frankenberry.

That Avengers return is insane! Why would they return the grey Navy drone?!? that's a huge pain in the ass to get- only available in the three pack with two crappy figs!

neospike 02-16-2012 10:23 PM

Today I bought my first toy in about 5 years or so. It is the Daredevil/Bullseye 2-pack. I am having a hard time coming to grips with these figures. I cannot get them to stand. Just looking at them makes them fall down. Any tips and tricks?

For reference, the last toys I picked up was the DC Direct Batman and DC Direct Superman designed by the Kubert brothers.

Jason Abbadon 02-16-2012 10:37 PM

Those comic packs are kinda loose- what you do is get put a drop of super lue into each joint (one at a time!) and insead of letting the glue set, you keep moving the joint back and forth untill you hear a squaky sound as the joint moves- it'll be real tight then, but movable.
Just watch the waist joint! I was doing taht trick and the phone rang...ended up with a body for customs with the abs on the back! LOL!
Whatever, I'm useing him for Talon- that dude's an alien so it's not noticable under the metallic paint.

You picked a great toy(s) to return with- those figs are really nice!
