No commentary here...just something I threw together in honor of all the people whose lives were savagely taken this past week in Orlando during a senseless moment of hate. While I fear it wont be, I can only hope that this will be the last time something like this ever happens on our shores.

Mate, that's fantastic. Didn't think anyone was going to mention the massacre since the Ark is sort of a "safe zone," but a huge amount of respect to you for these pictures.

Especially for Mystique in the front, who I believe is one of comic's first LGBT characters (at least that I can think of)?

Very nice, very fitting too given the X-Men have been used as an allegory for LGBT rights.

Kudos, man. Senseless tragedies have long since become far too frequent an occurrence in our society (and worldwide). Collectively, we need to stem this latest tide of intolerance/bigotry and replace it with compassion and understanding.

To all my friends here on the Ark, thank you so much for the positive response to my tribute. I never thought it would have resonated the way it did, and all of your kind words really mean a lot.

I won't comment any further on the actual events because as people have mentioned that this is a safe zone of sorts for the rest of us to escape the horrors of the world around us. I was worried initially that I might draw some sort of backlash to the posting, but this horrible week in Orlando had left me feeling a little shell shocked and compelled to get what I was feeling off my chest. My only regret now, is not only do I wish I had posted it sooner, but that I was unable to include Hulkling and Wiccan in the shot.

Of course, Trivial! The attack was an abhorrent thing, and any tribute is welcomed. Yours, however, is the first from the figure-collecting community that I've seen, so its poignancy is felt moreso.

If only we had a Young Avengers set. Wiccan/Demiurge, Hulkling, Miss America Chavez, and Prodigy. A fitting team for this sort of remembrance.

Man, I might end up getting more of this wave than planned. And Venom! I know Spaceknight Venom gets a lot of hate, but I love how friggin' toyetic this BAF looks.

These came today in the mail. Im happy considering my first superior, one of his legs looks messed up. So now i have a new one for the shelf, and one still sealed for my spider-man MOC set ive been working on !! these are also starting to get hard to come by now that they've become an older item.
