I don't think they'd do a netflix exclusive set for SDCC, the netflix shows are a little too popular. I could see them doing a box set for them though as a EE/amazon exclusive or something though

Yea, either that might not have anything for this year, or possibly as others have said they might be waiting last minute. also whoever posted earlier i believe they're right as well, they usually unveil on thursdays? i kinda remember hearing that last year as well.

SideNote to the customizers....I washed, scrubbed, primed, painted, painted, coated, and it seems like the paint STILL chips/scrapes off VERRRRRY easily... Seems like painted items are meant to be looked at only. ..i used Model Masters and Tamiya paints.

Yeah, I saw that this morning. If it's true, Kamala is one of the figs I'm most excited about. Outside of my interest in the character herself, there's some prototype R&D potential for a future Mr. Fantastic. We'll see if this news pans out.

it seems like a great figure line up for the next wave of spidey figures. hopefully it's true. i recall a few weeks backs somewhere it was posted there was going to be a wolverine wave.... old man logan, lady deathstrike, and few others. i wonder if that was legit at all or just another dream.

That Spider-Man wave, if true, looks ok. We could use a new Black Costume Spidey. Jackal is long overdue. I would love to replace my old Shocker with a new one, considering that the old one can't bend his arms.

Not that jazzed on new Spidey wave. Will def pick up Kamallah and Symbiote, depending if Goblin looks better than the custom i bought, maybe him too. Cool BAF could change it around. They're kinda starting to dig the bottom of the barrel with Spider-Men, where I feel like they could easily replace one of these Spiders with Blade, Luke Cage etc etc.

With Hasbro, seemingly, opening the flood gates...nothing seems to be a pipe-dream any longer. I just saw pics of a Rom sculpt on the 3.75 thread (really hoping for a 6 inch birth). I'm now even more confident that Surfer, Blue Marvel, and a return of the FF are more 'inevitable' than 'unlikely.'

I hope that spider-man wave is true. It's time we get a Jackal. He's really about the only MAJOR spider-man villain never done (Vulture was in an exclusive pack but has been done...).

Jackal, Kamala Khan, Shocker and Symbiote Spider-Man (my namesake!) are the ones I'm most excited for. Even though I have the Red Hulk one, it will be nice to get an update.

Green Goblin is a maybe, since I have the ToyBiz one and it holds up fairly well, though that Hobgoblin body sculpt looks fantastic.

As somebody else said though, as far as the actual Spider-Men, it IS getting close to "bottom of the barrel" territory. I'm also in the camp of wanting to see characters like Blade, Luke Cage and other Spider-related characters that aren't part of the actual Spider-family.

There are plenty of Spiderman characters/villains left to make. Revisits like Moon-Wolf, Sandman, Vulture, Hydro-man, Scorpion (although I love my TB fig), Mysterio, classic Beetle, classic Boomerang, classic Doc Ock. New offerings like Puma, Vermin, Will'O'the Wisp, Molten Man, Morlun, Tarantula (both human and mutated forms), Mr. Hyde, Silvermane (needs a body), Tombstone, and Cobra. Obscure long shots like Lightmaster, Carrion, the Gibbon, the Owl, Professor Power, and Fool-Killer. Heroes like White Tiger (Hector - I wanted him to begin with), Cloak, Dagger, Silver Sable (eh, more mercenary than hero), and the Slingers...and this is a very quick list. Spidey has spawned a long line of characters that they could mine well into the foreseeable future.

I would really like Swarm, personally.


It goes to show how deep Spidey's universe is though. We get several Spidey waves per year and we're still not even close to done.

Eh, save the villains for future waves - it's not like we're in danger of running out of them. Kamala has been in dire need of a figure for quite a bit now. And if this list is legit, I'll be picking her and Shocker up. Gotta have my Superior Foes!

Agreed, but I wouldn't say these are 'bottom of the barrel', especially right now. If anything, the Symbiote suit is the least relevant right now, as far as the comics go - All-New Spidey is what Peter's wearing these days, and Spider UK has a starring role in Web Warriors right now. Symbiote Spidey is just one a lot of people have wanted to see redone on the Pizza Spidey body.

This list is great, but you win SO many points for mentioning the Slingers. Them and Mattie Franklin are on my dream list of characters to get figures of.

Also, how long to we have to wait before we get a White Rabbit and/or Joystick?

Man, I want as many obscure/"loser" characters from Spidey as we can get. Grizzly! Spot! The Fabulous Frog-Man! Spider-Kid (though isn't he a legit hero these days? Steel Spider, or something?)! The Hypno Hustler! The Spider-Well can never be fully mined!
