You can't discount things just becuase you dislike them. If they released, they count.

Me too, and they do suck. But I think I only paid about $3 each. They at least look better than the current Ultron 5 poa.

samsson37 07-07-2015 10:47 AM

when ya put 7 or more chituari together they don't look that bad..plus all your going to do is have them get knocked over by the guardians, avengers, lil ol' ladies, small children...lets face it they are the alien version of the stormtrooper, hydra goon, a.i.m agent, cobra anybody ...cant aim worth a damn

Knowing that Fox owns the movie rights to the Skrulls really bugs me :(

The Chitauri were the Ultimates comics version of the Skrulls but since Marvel studios has used alot of Kree stuff in Agents of Shield and Guardians of the Galaxy I just wish they could work out a deal like the Spidey one for use of the REAL Skrulls.

I don't mind them not being skrulls but I wish that they would come back with perhaps a new shapeshifting ability since higher ones were capable of shape shifting in the ultimates so it wouldn't be a far stretch and the fact that they needed to eat people to shapeshift would make for good and creepy scenes on AOS.

No worries man

So Hot Toys released a group Avengers pic (with a sneaky, not yet announced Maria Hill) and, although it's a different scale, the size between them matches up scale wise so everyone's in proportion.
So everyone should come up to just below Hulks nips, the Hulkbuster should be nearly twice as tall as Cap or Stark, and Ultron Prime is about 4 heads taller than Cap, so he's bigger than I thought.

Has anyone else noticed the complete lack of Quicksilver merch anywhere? No All Stars, no Pop Funko, no Hot Toys. It's madness. I reckon it's something to do with Fox using Pietro over Wanda, so they're shunning him like they're shunning the rest of the X-Men and F4

redfox 07-07-2015 12:13 PM

Get your customizing gear ready. Looks like there will be a 5-poa Vision in wave 3.

U know what's weird I kinda like vision being 5 poa for some reason that works perfect in my mind. Like I don't see him doing all the crazy flips and shit cap or Spidey would do but then again my interpretation is mine and mine alone and is based only on cartoons and comics of him.

F*cking finally! Although my custom is super poseable so I probably won't get him.

I think Fox chose Quicksilver over Scarlet Witch because even her mutant (yeah, yeah Marvel says she isn't technically a mutant anymore) powers are bonkers hard for non-comic fans to really grasp. Then on top of that she also has magic powers and an over-burdened mind. Marvel studios had a much easier time attempting to keep as many of her main traits as possible.

Ninjinister 07-07-2015 01:57 PM

So um... what are these? They use MU style packaging but just say "Marvel". They're 5 PoA. The Loki and Thor are obviously repaints of the Avengers Assemble 5 PoA ones. I've never seen a 5 PoA comic Spidey. Iron Man doesn't look any different than my Assemble Iron Man though.

nah. I disagree. I had a chance to army build them at $2 a piece and I still passed on them. they are just terrible figures compared to everything else.

Your response is actually the least sense-making to a chain of misunderstandings.

Jackieboy 07-08-2015 02:57 AM
