Lol "Hypno Hustler!" now that's digging in the crates!!

I'd love to see the expressions on the faces of the 'uninitiated' if characters like Hustler and Chemistro were made...they would, without a doubt, have to feature their 70's looks...

Perhaps bottom of the barrel was probably too strong a term, but it feels like they are running out of runway a bit. There are A LOT of Spider-Man characters that need done. Knowing how badly they need to tie these lines to a spider-man figure for the kids (I could see a 6 year old getting spidey UK as normal spidey), it seems odd that they would put 3 spider-men in 1 wave. Symbi and ANAD alone could probably anchor their own waves, with Symbi being iconic enough and ANAD being current/enough like "classic".

I really want a 90s cartoon Doc Ock.

Rather meh about the Spidey wave which of course means the BAF will be something I really want. Barely read anything with Kamala so I have no ties to her like some here. I think that may be a "if i see them on the cheap" wave.

Much like you, Kirathis, I am wondering what the BAF will be. I am having trouble thinking of Spider-Man characters who would make a decent BAF. A Spider Slayer? Stilt-Man? Lady Stilt-Man?

If this Spidey wave is true, and I have no reason to think that it won't be since most of these leaks have been accurate thus far, depending on what the BAF is, this will probably be the last case of Legends where I get every figure involved. There's just way too many Spider-Mans in this series that it really feels like a reach, and I am kind of annoyed that the black Spider-Man that lost on the voting poll last year is already getting a figure made, and we still have no idea what is going on with Angela, who was the poll winner. It will be nice to finally get an updated Shocker, but there's just too many characters, especially villains, that still need to be done and yet Hasbro seems content to give us more Spider-Verse Spider-Mans that probably would be better served as a con exclusive box set.

I would say doc ock though thats a bit cheap. then again they did that with jubilee.
Maybe No BAF , just figures with tons of accessories , maybe like the same amount deadpool comes with. Be awesome to get a series of webs etc, but yeah its a tough one to think of what they can do

YES !!!! Grizzly would be awesome, either with the spider man rogues gallery or even with scott lang ant-man as he is part of the astonishing ant-man series which I greatly enjoy.

As far as people saying symbiote spidey is not wanted.HELL NO i know i want him and others do as well. Im actually happy about them making a supposed ANAD spiderman figure with h8s glowing chest emblem and glowing eyes !!

All in all im happy for this wave. Hopefully its released this year too but im not holding my breath. There was no mention on who the BAF would be though...

I know it would produce some groans...but I wouldn't mind seeing an Ultimate Venom BAF. The Select version has a fantastic sculpt, but the articulation on it is so weak. Wouldn't mind it so much since we're getting both Ultimate Spidey soon, and we already have an Ultimate Green Goblin. It would be neat if that baf came with an alternate head that featured that universe's Eddie Brock trapped within.

I'd be okay with some more Ultimate characters. Like you said, we have both Spideys, Green Goblin, and also Spider-Woman. Seems like shuffling a few more in there would work out all right. I know I wouldn't mind getting a Jimmy Hudson Wolverine.

McFarlane Spider-Man sighting...though quite the interesting hodge podge of characters. Also buts the BAF of the new Cap wave into question, as everyone was positive it would be Abomination.

Kind of a let down for me on the SDCC set. I was hoping for something mutant related. But I'll get it anyway. 6 figures is pretty cool. I dig the Dreadknight most of all.

That being said, set looks pretty exciting. Especially excited for Sandman, Enchantress and The Purple Man.

HasbroToyShop usually puts what they have left up on the website within a week or so of the end of the convention, and then it's a mad dash to grab them. Your best bet is to get in touch with someone who's already going to be there and in-line, and see if they'll hook you up for a deal.

Otherwise, it's to the aftermarket with ye.

Grim Reaper was actually a brand new body mold, so he's the originator lol. As far as other figures, to my knowledge it's been used for Kraven, that new classic Cap (as well as the upcoming Secret Wars one presumably), Red Guardian, and its arms were used for Namor. I feel like I'm missing one or two though.

OMG....if that is true...Enchantress in the exclusive boxset is kind of throwing a middle finger out to the many people who have wanted her...a top requested figure and all that. But on the other hand...this must be mine. Somehow. UGH. I was kind of afraid of this, but glad to see her? Purple Man too is much appreciated!

Honestly, I'd only want Enchantress and Purple Man out of this set (and Purple Man is kind of a maybe). But I doubt anyone would want to split it for the rest.

Seeing Dreadknight hit me with a huge wave of nostalgia for the 90s Iron Man cartoon, though.

I feel like Hasbro will release her as part of a Thor Ragnarok wave in the future. They did something similar with Dormammu.

The difference there, though, is that Dormammu's getting a redeco, which works for the various color schemes he's had throughout the ages, whereas Enchantress doesn't really have much color variation in her costumes. Only variation I could see would be redoing her legs in flesh-tone rather than the pants/tights/leggings she's sporting.

True..but she is one of the two figures I will have no willpower to wait on getting. It's not even about if the price is right. the price IS right. Aftermarket or not be damned.


On the other hand if this is true and the X-wave 2 is true, this fills the top two spots in my wishlist....could pretty much at that point consider that even if there are other "must haves" the "this line is not complete until the make .." characters will be done, for me anyways.

Okay that set is bullsh$t! Making enchantress exclusive is just a wrecking ball to the nuts of the fans and you know shes unlikely to get a normal retail release. I wish that legends would no longer have exclusives of majorly requested figs. Just encourages s alper reseller assbags.
