Yeah, the Cobra weapons developers learned that making snake acronyms is really the only way to get Cobra Commander to fork over cash for R&D.

Yeah, I think it goes something like this:

Destro: Cobra Commander, please sign here to pay for your order of S.N.A.K.E.

Cobra Commander: "System: Neutralizer - Armed Kloaking Equipment"...is this some kind of cloaking device? Baffoons! You spelled cloaking wrong!

Destro: But commander, it worked for "Mobile Armored Strike Kommand".

Cobra Commander: FINE! S.N.A.K.E. sounds good...whatever it is...

I found MP Soundwave at TRU this weekend and wanted to say thanks to whoever mentioned him being behind the Customer Service desk.

I saw Acid Storm on the shelf but there wasn't even an empty space for Soundwave.
Went to the front of the store and what do you know? Soundwave!

I also finished off Wave 2 of GI Joe Kreo bags and Wave 3 of Transformers Kreo bags.
I'll try and take some pictures next time.

I STILL can not find any series 2 Joe Kreo, All I find are empty spot for it.

Found the new series 4 Walking Dead Walgreens Exclusive Rick Grimes. I don't hate the figure, but Why does it look so damn different on the face than the prototype. Andrew Lincoln can not be that hard to sculpt, but every figure of rick looks nothing like him. When the Machone and Merle figures look good I refuse to believe that they cant do it right. I am worried about the Governor Figure coming :-( . And some of the pain apps on the beard I saw were so bad that he looked like he had a Handlebar Mustache

Now I need to go to Walgreens! I have been looking for any figure of Rick Grimes since I started catching up on all three seasons of TWD.



My replacement Hot Toys Iron Man Mk VII came today from BBTS. Still in the brown shipper until I decide if I want to keep it since the last one had terrible paint.

should not be hard to get Rick Grimes, the whole case is nothing but him.

Both TRU's I've found them at had only gotten in 1 Box.

First location had all of the BATS and Eels scooped up.
Second location was a brand new box with nothing missing.

I never saw a second shipment of series 1 either, could be worth getting them online if they're important to you :(

why did you get a bunch of transformers that you can still find in stores.. and some even in discount stores.

@TimothyR: I had those TF's in my POL. BBTS had to ship them since they've been sitting there since May of 2012. Some I got on sale while others got through preorder.

...I think it's safe to say that there will be a few stockings stuffed this Christmas. Anytime someone in my family sees my Walking Dead display they get mad at me because they can never find the toys, so hell, at least now a few of 'em can say they have Rick. And it's an exclusive! I'm a saint. :p

Are these only coming 2 per case? The first store I went to had two, the second store said they were still in the stocking room and when the guy came back he said they only had two, and then the third store also had two on the shelves. That... seems a little pathetic, actually. Haha although the Walgreens employees were universally shocked that they had exclusive toys at all.

I only hit 1 of 3 Walgreens in my town and they had 7 Rick Grimes. I saw none of the rest of the line, So I think they are in a case of just Rick, But I could be wrong.

The light up feature on the right arm of mine doesn't work. I think the switch is busted. My comic shop said they'd contact their retailer.. But they haven't heard from them.. So they said I could bring the arm in and replace it.. I feel bad though.. I don't want to ruin their stock for an arm.

Really? Huh. I wonder why all of my Walgreens only had two per store? I'd assume that other people bought the others before me, but the third one only had two when they pulled 'em out of the stock room. Odd.

Anyway, I'm not surprised that they're only getting Rick. He stands out enough in their toy aisle as-is. Everything else they stock are dollar store toys, random Joes and the occasional 2-3 year-old Star Wars figures. And for some reason those are all mixed in with pet toys, too...
