I haven't toy hunted in a while due to $$, car issues, and typically running into the same figures each time I visit. As I mainly collect 6'' Marvel figures, all that floats around my area is wave 1 of IM3 and some ROML figures which aren't current. But last week when I was out getting a few things, stopped into Walmart, seen the black series 3.75'' figures and a few figures there, then noticed below they had 2 pegs for the 6'' figures, but all sold out! Scalpers!!!, so I went up to TRU thinking they might have them, they had the 3.75'' line but not even a price or proper spot for them, must of just hit the floor, and no sign of a 6'' section. I want to get the 6'' line only... I have Luke coming in the mail via Ebay, and was able to snag him for $5+ $15 for shipping, which is $3 less then my Walmart was charging, as they were asking $22.99/figure.

Try TARGET stores. That is where I have seen the 6 inch SW Black hitting the most. Also try K-Marts. A friend found all 4 at our local K-Mart. they are 20$ at both locations. I have all 4 and one extra Sandtrooper, I was blown away how nice he is in person. It is really going to be hard to not want to troop build a half dozen of the regular Stormtrooper that is coming in series 3 I think??

I live in P.E.I., there is no target here atm, at least not open, Target bought out Zellers, and we have a big Target store opening soon. The way local gossip goes it'll be Nov/Dec, which will be awesome, finally will have a Walmart, TRU and Target for retail options. We only got TRU last year.

Picked up another DG Duke wave 2 and a Cap from Avengers Assemble...Pretty much the same as Ultimate Cap just a new paint job but I like it...FYI Kokomo has some wave 3.5 stuff on eBay for $10 + change shipped...Copped a Ultimate Rock today...

I still can not find Fruit Brute yet. I got some Fruity Yummy Mummy but the store was not carrying the brute yet :-)

My local Wal-Mart doesn't have any space allocated for the 6" Black Series figures. They had a few spots for the 3.75" figures and the cheaper Saga Legends figures but that was it. My local Target yielded the same result.

The only new figure that I did see plenty of at Wal-Mart was the new giant Darth Vader. It's not a bad looking representation of him but I don't have the room for something like that plus it looked like it had very limited articulation so I passed on him.

Toys R Us did run a BOGO 40% sale on the 6" and 3.75" Black Series figures recently. I was able to take advantage of it so at least I'll be able to see for myself how good (or bad) the 6" figures are later on this week when they arrive.

Everything but the skrull was retail, happy to find MOTUC at big lots, especially since someone gets there right when they open and buys up entire end caps (according to the employees). Still wanna find a moss man.

I noticed that my local Wal-Mart and Meijer stores just started carrying the Black Series. They don't have spots for them on the shelf, but they were put out this week. They have been in TRU and Target for a while. Not every Meijer and Wal-Mart were stocking them though. All the TRU and Target stores are however.

I've picked up a full set and four Sandtroopers. I saw two of every figure today over a total of three stores except the Sandtrooper. Not a single one.

Some Target stores also have Marvel Legends and Iron Man 3 figures priced down to $9.99. The one that had them priced down was cleared out. The other told me they don't price match between their stores. I wanted to add a Mark 42 and Iron Patriot so I'd have a complete series to trade away. I'll be checking other stores tomorrow.

Went to Wal-Mart at midnight to get Into Darkness and found some other stuff. Got the collectors edition Blu Ray with the Vengeance Hot Wheels. Found a fresh untouched case of Transformers and picked up Hoist, Decided to wait on Thundercracker for now. I don't even collect Imaginext figures but I found an untouched case of blind bags, so I got a couple of the Anubis figures cause I love Egypt stuff. I also found one of the Hot Wheels battle damaged Enterprise to go with the Vengeance.

I finally found the new 6-inch scale figures from the Star Wars The Black Series in my area. They had just started putting two cases of them out at my local Target last night when I showed up. I bought R2-D2 and the Sandtrooper since I previously ordered Luke and Darth Maul through the Toys R Us website during their recent BOGO 40% off online special.

From what I saw last night, the case assortment looked like it had 1 Darth Maul, 2 Lukes, 1 R2-D2, and 1 Sandtrooper. I was mildly surprised at the $19.99 price tag seeing as Target usually doesn’t charge as much as Toys R Us for figures.
