While I agree about those guys being too big, I just can't get over the size difference between that hulk and other large figures like Juggernaut and Rhino.

I've got bought a Gandalf for an Odin custom so seems like a good idea to me! I reckon you don't necessarily need an eyepatch on him though.

Gandalf can always be Marvel's Merlin too

Good call, although I only collect figures of characters I know (that have been in a comic I've read or a cartoon I've watched), I've never read a comic with Merlin in it although I've seen various films/shows based on Arthur. I'm not sure whether it counts!

I've finished my Fenris Wolf custom from Hobbit Warg: http://www.toyark.com/attachments/18...4-cimg2465.jpg

Best thor ever made! I have no issues with articulation with my figure either! And he comes with the gaudy stand to mimic hovering.

I agree with u somewhat on hulk I actually prefer new hulk, I like the size of his pants look like they could have been stretched from normal pants more believable sometimes I prefer believability over comic accuracy as far as Thor I have the showdown but I prefer the lib modern Thor for scale and overall coolness.

I love the modern thor, but the showdown one is the best classic interp imo.

Your point on hulks pants was something I considered, and agree the pants could strech that much adding to believeablity. That said, had the new mold been an inch taller and bigger all around, AND they put out two larger figures in that same scale, then it would be on! I'd up grade all my big guns as they were available.

As far as rhino that spiderman rhino figure always seemed out of scale IMO just to big now the new rhino IMO is just right scale wise IMO.

Thanks guys!

Based on that Juggernaut pic maybe we should be using the Legends or Select versions!

Actually juggernaut was slightly smaller in the early days compared to savage hulk, his original height was 6ft 10" classic savage hulk was around 7ft tall.the online bios nowadays say juggernaut is just under 10ft?!?!?

American beef is full of growth hormones, apparently those are to blame here...

Thanks for the tip, I think I will attempt this instead of going the superglue route!!!

You hit the nail on the head. Funny, I have an Vintage Endor Luke from the original ROTJ line in the 80's. My puppy chewed his arm off and my Dad fixed it with superglue back then for me. He did a fantastic job, but deep down I always knew...Even when I look at it today, its the 1st thing I think about...

I'm going to say nobased on the cable figure, waaayto old and not in the revision case.

The scarlet witch you found is probably from that stores last restock. That is the wave before prof.x and Jubilee.

Prof.x wave has not really surfaced in RI yet, dont know about chicago.
