Mezco posted a picture of Themyscira on their IG feed. Looks like the next Wonder Woman pre-order is incoming.

I like the modern look of her but they probably still won't update her articulation so probably apass for me on this one too.

I agree which is why I haven't bought either. I really dont want to spend 150+ for 2 similar figures just to swap the heads.

...but the bald head and red glasses look really good on the standard Blade figure in the jacket... so the swap is justifiable... lol... But I get it- that's a lot of $$$ for Blade.

Just got the bag of skulls that were on the secret page from the Baron Bends comic and sheesh... they are underwhelming. I was under the impression from the photo used they would be painted and have some detail/shading added to them but they are just translucent unpainted skull heads that hardly match the colors they showed.

Yeah, I just find it really odd their promotion picture has painted skulls and the item description has no mention of them being unpainted or that you need to do anything extra to them. I messaged them on IG using those pictures and asked if there's some kind of mistake going on or if they're purposely trying to false advertise... they read the message and didn't reply. I sent off an email to them directly now but no word back on that end either. Really odd.

Yeah I first discovered their fantastic customer care when my movie Wonder Woman came with a loose left hand that wouldn’t stay on and a misaligned skirt. Contacted seller, sent some pics, sent some more pics at the seller’s request, sent them just the body with all the problem parts stripped off because they won’t just replace the whole thing, they only keep some product for replacement parts and send you the absolute minimum. Anyway, that whole process took a week, seller kept checking in with me, 6 weeks later I finally got notice my replacement body was shipping and I got basically a different body with the exact same problems but with an additional random paint swipe of gold on the blue skirt. Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains.

The bends? That some new version of the Hershey squirts? ;)

I'm not sure I really agree with their reasoning on this. Those Skulls used don't look like "drawings" they look like, at the very least, photoshopped versions of their PSCC skulls/Street Gomez skull. The Black one in the picture is obviously the one that came with the original Agent Gomez. I guess they were too lazy to just put the actual skulls sent out to people into the picture and figured photoshopping painted skulls was easier. But that still to me feels like false advertising. Especially when there's no mention of them being unpainted anywhere on the product page.

At this point though it seems like everyone else who received the skulls don't care they're unpainted and they were possibly duped by Mezco so I'll leave my disgruntlement about this with this post and move on.

That is some bullshit. You can't even use these as skull masks for characters since they're translucent! If they'd just been a solid color with no wash it would've been better than these!

Hmmmm... tempting to pull a Michael Jordan/Brett Fauvre and order this. My Neca Reeves was broken in the box, but was the last one so I Superglued it and stuck with it.

Go for it! Unfortunately there's no picture of it up to get an idea of how it's going to look. I'm not a Superman guy myself so I will pass just because of that. I considered getting it for a future trade pawn but I've been trying to keep myself from getting things simply for the purpose of a monetary gain. I'd rather see as many people who genuinely want this get it for the retail price.
