I am guessing it is just a generic Nintendo group pic , but could indicate future releases. I just need to find one of those Piranha Plants. Was it Walgreens you saw these??

That set just might be the perfect gift for one of my younger cousins who is beginning to develop an interest in the TMNT franchise beyond the current TV series !

Phantomcrow 11-05-2015 12:59 AM

The TMNT set is really cool , but I will only care if they do one for Shredder.

...He was a skater boy, she said, "See ya later boy".
He wasn`t good enough for her, she had a pretty face,
but her head was up in space.
She needed to come back down to earth...

As a former skater myself who was still skating around the time that song came out...you have NO IDEA how many times we heard that stupid jingle sang at us by girls at local skate parks.

And damn...that's a nice Chet Thomas deck. I didn't know he still skates. Him, Jamie Thomas and Rodney Mullen were my faves back in the day...

LMFAO!!

Hold on...hold on...lemme' channel some of the kooks..."Well, you know the only reason Darth Vader wasn't actually James Earl Jones when he took off his helmet was to quiet the PC crowd!" :vader :(:trooper - said with complete seriousness and the utmost earnest conviction - ...they wouldn't have been able to handle Luke's father being black!...heads be exploding like Chappelle's skit! ;)

kylactus 11-05-2015 07:00 PM

I didn't think Vader had a problem with excessive Force...
now I'm taking a power drill to the part of my brain that writes jokes...

You never leave a bro hanging.

that leo set is pretty cool, but i wish they included the battle shell version of the 2012 figure instead of the standard first release version.

i think only Leo is getting this treatment, but i too would definitely love to see a shredder version of something like this.

leo is just a big hollow toy. devastator is a big transforming robot that requires a 20x the amount of time to sculpt and design. throw in paint, packaging, joints, etc.. and you come to a much higher price.

$100 for that leo seems a bit too expensive for what it is.

yea but you could do what some guy did to one of those big ass stormtroopers and hollow it out and make it a costume for your kid haha

snake5289 11-06-2015 06:09 PM

Or a gigantic coin bank.

I hope this is available in UK, perfect present for my 9 year old lad who has all the current stuff but wants to start a MOC collection of something he won't be tempted to open.

Off to google to find it.... Cheers for the heads up

TimothyR 11-07-2015 05:01 PM

I just saw that Leo set in stores yesterday, and wow, the articulation on all of those figures is super limited, that's a bummer.
