when did the transformers gi joe sdcc set go on sale on hts i see it and its out of stock when was it in stock?

I have no clue. Maybe the cost? It's the only thing that really keeps me from getting more. Because there's about 3-4 Riders I'd like to pick up and maybe a couple more Rangers (to go with my Shinken Red, at least).

Maybe now that Bluefin is expanding the US market for these, the price might be more appealing down the road (especially if Barnes and Nobles continues to carry them).

They were probably holdovers for CS and there may have only been a couple available so they sold out immediately. That tends to happen a lot with leftover SDCC merch.

Or it's possible Hasbro's not ready to sell them yet and they're just getting the item code ready for when they do become available.

The SDCC gi joe /Transformers set went up wednesday around 2 in the afternoon. The lawsuit with the Robotech people over Jetfire was settled so Hasbro was allowed to put up the listing to sell what was left after SDCC. Mine is already in shipping :-)

Ghostbusters
 

I had assumed that the MotU and Ghostbusters MattyCollector stuff at Big Lots had begin to taper off, but then these showed up at a Big Lots in my area! A couple months ago, I grabbed 2 of the Ray/Egon sets to swap the uniforms, so I may end up doing the same for these guys as well.

After over 7 Targets in Los Angeles I finally found the steelcase. They had one left. So happy.

no pics but went to target and found the tf prime abominus on clearance for $7.48. I was also able to use the $3 off coupon they were giving out a while back so it was $4.48 + tax. not bad for a $24.99 exclusive set...
also, went to tru and found the mh scarah screams (didn't like that it was $29.99) and the mu x-men box set on clearance for $14.98...

Awesome! And to think, I was pissed about having to go to three Targets to find mine. It's such a beautiful steelbook, though. Especially the back.

i know!!! they're absolutely incredible.

since i'm not really into power rangers other than mmpr, these figures were my introduction into sh figuarts.. and man, these things are beautiful. the comic shops in my area sell them for between $40 and $50.. and even at $50 i think they're well worth it. i have the red, green, and white rangers, and none of them have a single problem. all the joints are perfect, i don't feel like i'm going to break the pegs when i switch out the hands, and there's not a single mistake in any of the paint applications.

Well that new Scarah for MH is a TRU exclusive so they can charge what ever they like. I grabbed on just to get make sure I got one. I am sure they will go on sale sometime, but I figured all they would have left would be the Clawdeen.

Ah, seeing people post pics of their New 52/Death of the Family Joker makes me even more excited to eventually get mine from my pile of loot. I can't wait until the Capullo Batman and Riddler are released, either.

I'm still trying to decide whether or not to get that Arkham City Solomon Grundy, too. That thing looks pretty damn awesome, and it's huge... but that's quite a bit of money right there.

Yes, the Capullo Batman & Talon are on pre-order on my BBTS account! They're awesome... Oh, and my local comic shop had 40% off on action figures so I took advantage and purchased Grundy for $50.00.
