my x-men wave is still awaiting fulfillment, here in the UK :'(

TheBlueMarvel 07-02-2016 03:50 AM

Ditto...didn't make the fist cut for BBTS' X-wave. It will get here when it gets here...

Edit: saw some comparative shots of Wolverine and Juggernaut vs their series six and select counterparts. The new Wolverine is the same height as the series six TB version (maybe even a little shorter) and the new Juggs stands about as tall as the Select Juggernaut.

Some new Juggernaut images of the x-men wave , Cannot wait till these arrive he looks awesome

this wave looks like an AMAZING addition to legends lineup...i really like that Rogue..

Tim 07-02-2016 07:28 AM

For some reason i really like that Havok figure. I have never really cared for him but the figure looks really good.

donmeca2020 07-02-2016 09:17 AM

Can someone that is IF they have both of them, take a side by side comparison shot of the new juggs and the MS version??

Rogue, wolvy, and deadpool look awesome !!

SymbiSpidey 07-02-2016 09:23 AM

I really dig the size of that Wolverine a lot. Short and bulky, as he should be.

I am hoping that the rumored Tiger Stripe version comes with a more angry facial expression though. Not that this head is "bad", but I like my Wolverine perpetually gritting his teeth.

This is my favorite Marvel Legends wave of all time!

Going to replace my Marvel Select Juggernaut with this one in my Legends display!! Great size too considering Juggernaut is 9'5 in the comics now.

Harbinger 07-02-2016 10:59 AM

I just want wolvie, deadpool and cable. The rest can get traded off.

Love seeing the shots with them altogether. Such a great wave all around. Here's to hoping we get a sneak peek at X-wave 2 at SDCC!

@Hitman2099
A lot of retailers ordered heavily on the last Avengers and Cap waves. Unfortunately many locations now have the leftovers of those waves clogging their shelves. Hasbro's "more than ever" is great in theory but in practice is causing many areas to run into this issue. For instance, I just moved to KC and the selection here is worse than when I lived in Bloomington, IL. The shelves here have leftover All-Father wave Hawkeye and Sentry figures and tons of Red Onslaught wave Cap, Whirlwind and Cottonmouth taking up space.

Most retailers do not go so far as to differentiate waves. Some have item codes for Spider-Man, Captain America and Avengers. Some combine Cap and Avengers, some combine all 3. Occasionally a different wave comes in with a different distinction. This is why you can sometimes find GotG and Ant-Man wave leftovers on clearance while older waves from the big 3 are still on the shelf. The retailers just see the category. If you are curious how your local stores work, check out their codes on the pricing labels. It will help give you a better idea of what to expect.

This is a big reason a lot of us pre-order from dedicated online stores like BBTS, Entertainment Earth and Dorkside.

@DTL
I totally blame your awesome pictures for this bud... Because ya know, I had not been considering buying these for months now anyway LOL.

It's true. That's why certain sales will only apply to one "line" of Marvel Legends, because of the code batches. Unless you're willing to argue the point well enough or with enough persistence.

A better look a wolverines height here with comparison images

Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet

i would add images but there are too many XD
again from reddit

Seems they nailed wolverine with the height, though still like the x-force one , then again who knows we might get every costume again on this body mold.
Think he will turn into like spidey with the same mold re used again and again.

Well then we're even ...because i blame ALL OF YOU for making me want 6" Marvel Legends in the first place...haha..i was happily content in my 3.75 world....that i have since abandoned...
...and yeah i love that DemoMan..I have 10...and still want one more..
which i would have had except...i haven't seen him on a peg/shelf in about 2 months..

Trivial Psychic 07-02-2016 01:18 PM

Ooh...new body type for Wolverine. Nice job Hasbro. Maybe my ToyBiz Astonishing Wolverine can finally be retired!

My only concern now is finding another Rogue for the custom I want to do. I'm already worried that finding two of Silk is going to be hard enough if Spider Gwen was any indication, but Rogue? Yikes. Hopefully a head cast of all the new girls will follow shortly enough.

Boy Blunder 07-02-2016 02:20 PM

God, I can't wait to have those X-Men in hand.

Also, MarvelousNews just did a video/photo review of the upcoming Walmart-exclusive Civil War Falcon figure... and it comes in its own box. Does that mean that he and Bucky aren't in a two-pack after all, and are just being released as standalone Walmart-exclusive figures?

warmachine6 07-02-2016 02:45 PM

@DTL - you have a way with advertising things , i might get him XD

@boy blunder , ooo shall check it out now , cheers for the intel

cool pic..

..sidenote..i thought i had a throw away fodder figure because i had a BP with no head, forearms, or hands..
then i remembered i bought a couple heads off a fellow arker way back..so had an extra t'challa(unmasked) head...and had some DemoMan forearms and hands... so my extra BP is back in action..

So very glad I waited on a 'classic costume' Deadpool...

i would say the series 6 one as much as i like it , i am very careful with him. the straps on his back do feel they may tear or break at the back if your not careful with the guns and sword holsters, due to the thin plastic material they used to hold them in place. The marvel now one it looks to be more durable, i rarely pose my s6 one nowadays.
I reckon we could get an classic one , when deadpool 2 comes out

oh it looked pretty much the same....you wouldn't even notice if i didn't mention it.

and @ this:
http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...psbn9xdpw9.jpg

wow @ them being the same height...would have never thought that...
with that being said...there's no way the new one (while cool) will replace my MS...
I'll put him together and see how it looks in person...but he may be going up for sale...don't need two when one is inferior (to me)
