I think if you're good then you can work wonders with your tools, if you suck your just gonna suck with less money in your pocket. Id say that the major improvement isnt gonna be real big, go with the 5 unless its like crazy improvements and can wait then go with6.

anywhere between $100-125 shipped is the norm. some people are charging up to $150, but i feel that's stretching too far.

in the end, people pay what they feel its worth. good question Starscream99!

Tiberius 02-29-2012 11:28 PM

I see them go from 90-170 with shipping.

CS6 has me excited to see what they're gonna bring out for us graphic designers to go apeshit, though imo CS5.1 extended is perfect. It can be bought waaay cheaper if one is a student or teacher as well.

hoyhoyhoy 02-29-2012 11:37 PM

Thanks guys. As for the photoshop version, mine is CS2 and is still ok. Higher versions might be easier to use though. ;)

no worries dude. internetz happens.

flipwilson 03-01-2012 12:16 AM

It didn't seem sarcastic to me at all. But then again, I'm just your run of the mill asshole toy collector on the internet.

I still regret the day when I sold my giant man on ebay. But it got me into the marvel universe, and they fit great with my gi joes and star wars, and I couldn't be happier.

proteus 03-01-2012 02:48 AM

On the subject of Marvel..how much does it cost to ship carded figs vs loose ? How about 2 packs?

Shipping a carded figure requires a box to avoid damage- usually more than doubling the shipping cost, in my experience.

I agree. Get a book or take a class if you're getting into Photoshop. Otherwise, just install GIMP or Paint.net.
