I'm looking for an MU scale female figure that has: Dreadlocks or braids, is a feline/cat person/werecat thing, and is kinda witchy looking. Need it to be 4 inches if not slightly taller, so that probably rules out POTC figures and others.

There's a woman from the GI JOE like that has her hair in braided (pulled back and tied behind her head).
Don't know the name of the original, but I've seen the head recast many times.
