Mine original was lost a decade ago, so this is a replacement to complete my set on the shelf.

I passed up on a couple of those a few weeks back. I knew they that people wanted them but I always pick up those "rare" figures to help people out but they never want to pay Canadian shipping and I end up returning them.

i've had the worst luck tracking down boba fett.. and i'm still empty handed.

a few days ago i went to barnes and noble and they had one leia.

then i went to kmart and they had a han and leia.

yesterday i went to target and they had one greedo (the day before they only had wave 1)

today i went to barnes and noble, now they have three leia's.

then i went to target, the greedo is gone and now they have one leia.

i just can't win!... i should've just asked a target employee to get one from the back because on the price scanner it said that there were more in the stock room.. but i don't like doing that sort of stuff. i'd rather just find it when it's stocked. the problem is all of the targets in my area are just totally overrun with wave 1 figures it's ridiculous. hell, one target has just about 20 wave one figures on the shelf. TRU doesn't really seem to care about their stock as they've had like 1 or 2 R2's hanging for a couple weeks now.. and the walmarts, at least in my area, don't carry them.

ugh.. this figure doesn't even seem great enough for the hassle.. but the hunt is just going to make it that much cooler when i get it lol. it's weird how that works out.

i'd leave them on the shelf for the people in your area anyways.

I can relate & know exactly what you mean - it's like a victory if you happen to find one. Felt that way when I found a Darth Malgus earlier this year on a peg.

I was so excited after getting my Boba Fett, that I went back today and snagged Leia. I had planned on waiting until payday (which would have been the smart/responsible choice, lol), but I had seen one that was free of noticeable blemishes, and since I really wanted a Leia to pose with Boba, I decided that I just couldn't risk someone else grabbing her.
