Has NECA posted an ETA for Ultimate Jungle Hunter?

If they revisit Robocop, I'll be all over that too...

They have yet to solicit it but I believe the last estimate was Winter or early next year for JH.

If I remember correctly Randy said on Twitter that they're currently happy with the spring holster re-release they just did, which I like a lot and love that they did re-release it because I was desperate for a movie Robocop in the silver colors. I guess as a figure the Robocop 3 jetpack Robocop is pretty close to an ultimate deal just without the awesome box. It's probably the lack of Peter Weller's likeness that is keeping them from doing Robocop as an ultimate because every other ultimate has had alternate heads and it just wouldn't be ultimate without an unmasked head.

I bought Robocop 3 since I wasn't that taken with the battle damaged ones and couldn't get the original without spending a fortune here in the UK. Agree it's an Ultimate in all but name. I've also got the GITD, VGA, and RvT ones.

You can't expect them to include those massive pieces in a $25 release. The throne and pillar are both coming as separate releases.

Clan Leader certainly looks the part! And that Pyramid diorama is simply incredible. Already have two pillars pre-ordered on Canucktibles.ca. I like the bone throne, but would rather have a simple Alien Queen skull to display in my Predator trophy wall.

I really hope we're getting the mutilated Xeno bits in a pack. I just found the perfect jar for displaying the Xeno skull from the Predator pack...

ordered spike tail today as a matter of fact. i was kinda wanting ghost but passed on him for now.

QC hit me hard on spiked tail.

My first one had its legs on the wrong sides and pulling them off to correct the error, even with heat applied pulled one leg out of the inner crotch.

Returned it and got one with a broken left forearm (it snapped inside the forearm

Returned that and got one missing the spiked end piece from the hair piece

Bought another and kept the one with the missing part so I could monster mash a good one together only to realize the missing hair piece one was also missing it's shoulder pads and I had not noticed.

New one immediately had its left shoulder pad fall out (not even a drop of glue on it) and moving the legs caused the bottom half of the crotch area to literally fall out of the figure. I'm assuming it was cracked in package and the leg movement finished the job.

Ever single figure had issues with the left forearm. Either stuck or broken directly out of package

Needless to say...it's really hard to not hate neca right now

I eventually did mash together one good copy from two separate figures, but holy cow...that experience tops anything I have ever had happen to me as far as QC goes.

That sucks Name. I wondered how the new figures would be with the new designs. Hopefully they get it together. I have seen online that stalker has really long wrist joint stems that stick way out of the forearm. That leaves large gaps between the hands and arms.

Seen a few reports of the holes for cannon pegs being painted over on both his arm and back. I recently got a Genocide pack where no amount of heating was gonna help solve my paint-lock/broken arm issue...

It's incredibly annoying here in the UK, because eBay is about the only realistic place to buy, meaning continual trips to the post office with yet another box you've had to package up.

Mine has those. Kind of a bummer, although an easy fix if you know how.

My Spiked Tail's left leg just broke at the hip. :( Were they rushing these just to get the new articulation out there? Now that I'm checking over the remains a lot of the main body joints are way looser than any other predator I've gotten.

This news really sucks. I was really hoping for better products. Mine just shipped today, should be here next week. However I may not keep them. I may opt to just collect the larger body style. like the series 14.

The main part that sucks, besides the part where I now just have a broken toy sitting around, is that the ultimate Jungle Hunter is probably going to be my last JH body figure and this sudden drop in QC is alarming. I know that technically Spiked Tail is on the new City Hunter body not Jungle Hunter but it is still worrisome since the line had been doing so well for like the past eight waves.

I may have to send these three back (Spiked, ghost, and stalker) and go back to some of the older ones. I would really like to get viper, I thought his paints were great. I also found a scavage I had when I was kid that I had completely forgotten about. I don't care for the legs on new scavage though, too lanky.
Anyway, I was really looking forward to these but there are some bad reports coming. I wonder if they will fix the problem on these or just try for the next series to do better?
Any info on the QC of Ghost?

So I crossed my fingers and picked up a new Spiked Tail from TRU today and so far the legs are good. The only stuck joints are the right bicep swivel, left upper elbow bend, and right thigh swivel which are all joints I'm okay with being stuck because it's better than being broken and they're in decent positions as is. The left gauntlet was the sneak-attack break this time BUT it was at the very end of the joint so I was easily able to plug the gauntlet back on and it is still a solid fit. So sadly Spiked Tail is still a QC mess overall but I freaking dig his appearance. I can only recommend this figure to people who really like how it looks and are okay not messing with tight joints that are likely to break under pressure. I was amazed when series 13 came out with how solid everything was and now in series 16 I'm amazed that they backslid so far, hopefully this gets straightened out ASAP.

NECA being NECA. I applaud their efforts to improve, but the QC bug is the one thing they just cannot seem to escape.
