DreamCatcher - this movie is quite good, the storyline is great. i was glued to the screen from begining to the middle. after that it became alittle dumb. its kinda like Alien meets Body snatchers. it had alot of potential thou. i liked the alien designs as well. there were 2, one was like a alien snake with sharp teeth, kinda reminded me of the little alien that comes out of bodies from the Alien franchise. then you have the main alien which was your typical big head, thin body theme but he was a shape shifter so he can turn to a human and he also had a 3rd form which looked like a penis with sharp teeth, no arms but had legs, not lying. this could have easily been a awesome movie but fell flat at the end as well. the kicker of the movie was that one of the main characters was a alien himself, i think the writer ran out of ideas at that point lol

SideNote:: i just read that the aliens from this movie is the same alien race that Pennywise is himself.

Constantine - excellent movie, special effects galore. no complaints really. it would have been kool if they added some vampires. good action. well made. constantine looks better in black hair too. the demons were badass in this flick. it has a Matrix feel to it due to the incredible special effects. great movie from DC !

Excellent movie, no complaints. i do wish he talked alittle bit more thou. i recommend this one for sure. my interest got sparked when i saw it in Ready player one. cant believe i didnt see this earlier. this iron giant is powerful, he survived a nuclear bomb going straight at him, damn! he could fight DC and marvel LOL

this movie is awesome. reminds me of Narnia and Hellboy but in the snow. alot of action, good storyline, good CGI. recommend for sure.
plus im a big nicole kidman fan, shes just a hottie, yummy.

Haha! Same. It’s one of those movies either you like it or hate it. There’s no in between. I’m on the side of really liking it.

now this movie is quite near to perfection. the only thing that stood out to me was the "forest creature" cause it had a bad creature design. but other than that, its masterpiece.

Very good movie. the visuals took you back to that time. very well made. creepy musical score. the storyline was fantastic. the only bad thing was that it dragged alittle in the middle of the movie but then made up for it on the last 30mins, it picked up big time. they also should have showed more of the Antagonist (which was a creepy female zombie) it also had 2 twists in the movie which were good. one of the twist were that at the end of the movie, the 3 dead people came back to kill him, they looked like zombies, reminded me of the scene from Creepshow when those people came back from the sea. i recommend this for sure.

damn, what a surprise. this movie is very good. i thought this was gonna be a low budget netflix movie type but no. this killer clown slasher movie can hang out with Pennywise, no problem. one of the dark highlights was when he hacksawed a girl in half all the way down to her head. it also had alot of gore as well which was kool. the design of the clown looks good. the only bad thing i noticed was the musical score, it was all over the place and not scary enough. i recommend

*Pros*
Wow, what an awesome movie. the predator franchise never disappoints. pure action in the whole movie. the music score was good. excellent special effects. alittle touch of jokes. good story line. i recommend it for sure, amazing!

*Cons*
didnt like the predator dog design, seemed just lazy that it looked like the predator even with the hair
dont like the part when the 2 guys shoot themselves at the same time, meh.
the ending was good but didnt like the final scene when the armor came out, too far fetched.

Probably should try to avoid spoilers. Especially with the terrifer review. Because some people might be wanting to see those. But Anyway glad you enjoyed Predator I really disliked it. Its not Alien v predator requiem bad but it's definitely not good imo.
Terrifer on the other hand I completely agree i thought it was a really well done horror film. I went into it the same way not expecting much it completely surprised me. Definitely loved the movie especially the ending He should be up there with the horror icons like freddy jason and michael

The Predator was entertaining but bad. The end even reminded me of another fun-but-bad sequel, Independence Day 2. Some even suggest Shane Black was just trolling everyone. The so-called science was eye-rolling.

I just watched a movie called "Mandy" and I LOVED it!

Definitely not for everyone, but really a cool and different movie.

Don't know if we can post about TV shows but I'm watching Iron Fist season 2.

I watched Ocean's 8 over this past weekend. I didn't like it at all. It's a weak attempt of trying to make a fun collaborative Ocean's remake. All of the characters and their motivations were boring and lackluster.

Yes, you can post TV shows, no problem. that being said, i started to watch DareDevil season 1. ill give a review once i watch the whole first season.

It's more a re-invigoration, as it is set in the original trilogy's continuity.

I hold an entirely opposite view. I found the characters and their motivations far more interesting than the mediocre regurgitated archetypes in the male reboot. It wasn't a perfect film, the third act needed more tension, but I'm excited for any sequels.

DareDevil Season 1

Pros::

Ok so i know im late to the party but damn, this series is superb. the storyline is excellent, i really like the origins story of DD and Kingpin. i really like the dark tone the series has. it reminds me of SoA and TDK. this series is well made, looks visually good. the tactical look looks good on the DD costume. the actor that plays DD does a really good job, perfect casting. i started to binge-watch season 1 of DD yesterday and finished today. gonna start season 2 tomorow. i picked the perfect time to watch DD cause in October season 3 is starting so ill be up to date with the show. cant believe i didnt see this earlier. i have to confess, at first i wasnt a big fan of DD but this series has changed my mind and he has grown on me. big DD fan now. even gonna get the figure as well. the last episode was the best from season 1 hands down.

Cons::

didnt like the part when DD fights with the tailor guy, since when does tailors know martial arts? that was dumb.
didnt like that they showed the new red costume after 12 episodes? they should have showed it earlier, the black costume was getting annoying.

DareDevil Season 2

Pros:

wow, this is one of the best tv series i have seen, perfection!
even the female cast is hot as hell, karen & electra. this series is up there with breaking bad, SoA and walking dead. i have no complaints.

Cons:

none really except for that they should have showed more of Punisher's skull on his clothes but thats really a petty complaint
