Most of the gimmicky crap languishes on pegs with very little movement. Really just a waste of plastic and money.

Yep, the face print entirely is off. Most noticeable with the eyes not printing on the sculpt. Lips less noticeable but as it's one print, everything will be off.

It's one of the annoying aspects of digital face printing. :/

Yeah, that's too bad but better on a $25 figure than a $65 figure, which happened to me and there was jack shit I could do about it.
This is rough (and theres some glue on her forehead too) but on a shelf a few feet away, its not going to matter anyway. At least that's just me trying to spin a positive out of a negative..

Originally was just looking at the retro card stuff for Raiders of the Lost Ark. I forgot I had a pre-order in for the Indy figure and when it showed up, really liked it, totally hits that nostalgic spot for me. I don't really collect full lines ever, just what catches my eye, so have an order in for Toht as well.

I caved a little on the 6 inch line, I really like Marion's outfit in that one, and the monkey and frying pan are perfect touches. The face doesn't really nail the look IMO, but close enough for me, I don't get too worked up about that. Which led me to thinking I might as well grab Sallah, and Indy too. We'll see what they look like when they get here. The paint on the Marion face above doesn't look too terrible to me, unless it's like Stephanie Brown Reborn line Batgirl bad, I can usually live with it.

Also have the Marcus and Belloq 6 inch 2-pack pre-ordered. That's probably most of what I'm interested in, maybe one or two others, we'll see.

As for the diversity I was always amazed they never tried to pass the baton to short round. They tried with Shea labouf but wow he turned out to be a scumbag. No forced diversity with short round, been around since 1984 and the dude just won a freaking Oscar

The Sean Connery one is definitely one I want to have. Maybe the Grail Knight too. Unless they come out with a Sallah from Last Crusade, that will probably be it for me.

I can't say that I've been a big fan of a lot of stuff that has come out of Lucasfilm since they were purchased by Disney. but if Kathleen Kennedy's greatest transgression is producing a bunch of not-great movies and TV shows, then she can't be that awful of a person, right? in the grand scheme of things that is.

My opinion, SOOOOO much better than 'Kingdom of the Crystal Skull'. My biggest issues were pacing, and that some of the action sequences didn't have enough lighter moments. Scenes that make the chase sequences more fun, less brutal. It had those moments, just not enough for my taste. Also John Rys Davies, it needed more of him. And it wasted a certain actor who deserved way more.
