I felt the same way, where did you score this? It looks like it came from oh Canada with the languages on the front. Shocker is the last I need from the Spiderman toy line also.

I've loved the Shocker ever since I first saw him in Spiderman and his Amazing Friends.

Guys, believe it or not, a friend was at the local Walmart, here in Costa Rica... and guess what he found?!!!! Yes, this figure, they had several of him so he got me one.
So, what´s the deal with this figure? I could have understood a sighting in China, but in Costa Rica?!!!
For what I understand, the Walmarts here are subsidiaries of Mexican Walmarts, so I gets me more confused.

I know it's just a matter of time before this figure apears around here, Mexico always gets this kind of figures (but I would prefer greatest battles or gigantic battles)
